Hello to all the wonderful women in this community, I hope you had a happy new year! I have been encouraged to participate in this week's contest, carried away by the feeling of moving forward with my goals and dreams in this new year, thanks to the support of those who believe in me.

Is there a person or a special moment that you want to thank for making 2023 a great year? Or could you simply leave us a few words of gratitude for this year that we leave behind?

I would like to thank someone who, throughout the year, was worrying about me, not only about my physical well-being, but also my emotional well-being. The year 2023 was full of challenges and unexpected situations that I had to face, after a relatively comfortable life without many setbacks. Unexpectedly, I had to spend a period living at home, where working was not easy for me and limited me in other aspects. Then I went back to living alone, trying to fend for myself. But despite this, @yugochin was always there to support me and help me solve the situations that I encountered. Even when my spirits were low, he always found a way to make me smile.

Our relationship has gone through its ups and downs like everyone else, but I want to believe that it has made us strong as people. I never thought I could trust someone so much, to the point of feeling so protected and comfortable around them. I am very happy to have had him by my side throughout this past year, although we were only able to see each other on fewer occasions than in years past. I feel that thanks to him, I was able to have the courage to move forward and believe that it was possible to continue with my dreams. Before, I thought I had to walk this path alone, but since @yugochin is with me, I feel like it's not that way. I thank him very much for allowing me a space in his heart and for all his efforts in 2023; I am really very proud of him for everything he has achieved. Thank you very much @yugochin for you, who believe in me, I will continue to strive this year that is beginning and I hope that we will be together again as we planned.

Share with us what skills do you have and want to put into practice this new year. Maybe you have a venture in mind?

Well... commenting on my skills is like opening a fan ha ha I have a fairly broad creative instinct, although I consider myself an amateur in everything I do. Even so, I will talk to you about two of my skills that I hope to develop more adequately in this new year: Sewing and drawing.

In the case of sewing, I tell you that I usually make clothes and accessories for my personal use, as well as for sale. In the past, I had the opportunity to participate in bazaars and sell in a market. Later, I tried to establish my virtual store. But well... 2023 was full of many changes that made it impossible for me to have my machine with me until recently. I would really like to be able to make new items to sell. I know that handmade things are often not as appreciated by other people, but I really enjoy the creation process and I would like to be able to make my brand Suecitos, will gain a group of followers and people who want to use my products.

Currently my "atelier" is a corner in the living room. But I hope to have a decent workshop in the future. A comfortable space where I can display my artistic sense with complete freedom. I know that I still have a lot to do, since I have to buy materials, create new merchandise and try to establish myself among the other virtual stores in the city. Still, I feel pretty positive about it.

💚 Starting again 💚

As for drawing, I am aware that I still have a lot to do. A few years ago, I worked in a painting workshop and drawing made me profit. I would like drawing to be lucrative for me again. To do this, I plan to offer commissions, although I know that I need to draw more and make myself known. Years ago I started streaming drawings in the traditional style and it was quite fun. I plan to resume that project and thus advertise myself.

One of the things that motivates me is that even though I haven't drawn as much as other artists I know, I have managed to see my progress. Not to mention that a friend of mine and my own boyfriend have motivated me to continue publishing my work on my networks. I even plan to update my presentation drawings here on Hive, I already did it with the profile image and I have the others in process. So I hope that this year will also be fruitful for me as a cartoonist and of course, upload all the progress of my projects here on the platform that has supported me a lot since I started my path as an independent artist ✨

¡Hola a todas las maravillosas mujeres de ésta comunidad, espero que hayan tenido un feliz año nuevo! Me he animado a participar en el concurso de ésta semana, llevada por el sentimiento de seguir adelante con mis metas y sueños en éste nuevo año, gracias al apoyo de quienes creen en mí.

¿Hay una persona o un momento especial que quieras agradecer por hacer de 2023 un gran año? ¿O simplemente podría dejarnos algunas palabras de gratitud para este año que dejamos atrás?

Me gustaría agradecer a alguien que durante todo el año, estuvo preocupándose por mí, no solamente por mi bienestar físico, sino también emocional. El año 2023 estuvo lleno de retos y de situaciones inesperadas que tuve que afrontar, luego de una vida relativamente cómoda y sin muchos contratiempos. Inesperadamente tuve que pasar una temporada viviendo en casa, en donde trabajar no me era sencillo y me limitaba en otros aspectos. Luego, volví a vivir sola, tratando de defenderme por mí misma. Pero a pesar de ello @yugochin siempre estuvo para apoyarme y ayudarme a solventar las situaciones que llegué a presentar. Inclusive cuando mis ánimos estaban por lo bajo, él siempre buscaba la manera de hacerme sonreír.

Nuestra relación ha pasado por sus altibajos como todos, pero quiero creer que eso nos ha vuelto fuertes como personas. Nunca pensé que podría confiar tanto en alguien, hasta el punto de sentirme tan protegida y a gusto a su lado. Estoy muy contenta con haberlo tenido a mi lado durante todo éste año que pasó, aunque sólo pudiéramos vernos en menos ocasiones que en años pasados. Siento que gracias a él, pude tener el valor de seguir adelante y de creer que era posible seguir con mi sueños. Antes, creía que tenía que recorrer éste camino sola, pero desde que @yugochin está conmigo, siento que no es de ese modo. Le agradezco mucho por permitirme un espacio en su corazón y por todo su esfuerzo del 2023; realmente estoy muy orgullosa de él por todo lo que ha logrado. Muchísimas gracias @yugochin por ti, que crees en mí, seguiré esforzándome éste año que está empezando y espero, que volvamos a estar juntos como planeamos.

💚 Mi novio y yo en nuestro último encuentro 💚

Comparta con nosotros qué habilidades tienes y quieres poner en práctica este año nuevo. ¿Quizás tienes una aventura en mente?

Bueno... comentar acerca de mis habilidades, es como abrir un abanico ja ja Tengo un instinto de creación bastante amplio, aunque me considero amateur en todo lo que hago. Aún así, les hablaré de dos de mis habilidades que espero, desarrollar más adecuadamente en éste nuevo año: La costura y el dibujo.

💚 Los letreros de mi tienda 💚

En el caso de la costura, les comento que suelo hacer ropa y accesorios para mi uso personal, así como también para la venta. En un pasado, tuve la oportunidad de participar en bazares y vender en un mercado. Ya luego, intenté establecer mi tienda virtual. Pero bueno... el 2023 estuvo lleno de muchos cambios que me imposibilitaron tener mi máquina conmigo hasta hace poco. Me gustaría muchísimo poder hacer artículos nuevos para vender. Sé que las cosas artesanales muchas veces no son tan apreciadas por otras personas, pero realmente disfruto del proceso de creación y me gustaría poder lograr que mi marca Suecitos, se hiciera con un grupo de seguidores y de personas que deseen usar mis productos.

💚 Ropa hecha por mí para mi uso personal 💚

Actualmente mi "atelier" es un rincón en la sala. Pero tengo la esperanza de poder tener en un futuro un taller decente. Un espacio cómodo en donde pueda desplegar mi sentido artístico con completa libertad. Sé que aún tengo mucho por hacer, puesto que tengo que comprar materiales, crear mercancía nueva y buscar de establecerme entre las demás tiendas virtuales de la ciudad. Aún así, me siento bastante positiva con respecto a ello.

💚 Empezando de nuevo 💚

En cuanto al dibujo, estoy consciente de que igualmente tengo mucho por hacer. Hace unos años atrás, trabajaba en un taller de pintura y dibujar, me generaba ganancias. Me gustaría que el dibujo volviese a ser lucrativo para mí. Para ello, tengo pensado ofrecer comisiones, aunque sé que necesito dibujar más y darme a conocer. Hace años llegué a hacer streamings de dibujos al estilo tradicional y fue bastante divertido. Tengo pensado retomar ese proyecto y así hacerme publicidad.

Una de las cosas que me motiva, es que a pesar de que no he dibujado tanto como otros artistas que conozco, he logrado ver mi avance. Sin mencionar que una amiga mía y mi propio novio, me han motivado a seguir publicado mis trabajo en mis redes. Hasta tengo pensado actualizarlos mis dibujos de presentación de aquí en Hive, ya lo hice con la imagen de perfil y tengo los demás en proceso. Así que espero que éste año, también sea fructífero para mí como dibujante y por supuesto, subir todos los avances de mis proyectos aquí en la plataforma que me ha apoyado muchísimo desde que empecé mi camino de artista independiente ✨
