Próximas paradas: Costa Oeste Americana y Nueva Zelanda.
Cerveza: Cerveza: K-52
Cervecera: Garage Beer Co. (Barcelona, España)
Estilo: Hazy India Pale Ale New England IPA
Alcohol: 7º
On this week's #beersaturday I show you the second stop that Garage Beer Co. makes on its unique Hop Tour. A peculiar idea of capturing the most characteristic hops from each corner of the world in the form of beer. A journey that began in my previous post in the United States and that now lands in Australia.
Next stops: American West Coast and New Zealand.
Beer: Beer: K-52
Brewery: Garage Beer Co. (Barcelona, Spain)
Style: Hazy India Pale Ale New England IPA
Alcohol: 7th
Hops: Enigma and Vic Secret
Format: 440 ml can
These two hops, a little antagonistic, I like separately, but I have fallen in love with them together. Risky combination whose result is a beer that is very complex in flavors but truly delicious as a whole. On the one hand flavors of white grape, pear or raspberry on the other a lot of pine, citrus and melon. All of them form a truly tasty sparkling amalgam of flavors.
Very cloudy and dense and with the aromas just as complex and varied as the flavors.
Truly a very interesting beer.
Keep up the good work. 👏🎵
