Cola de caballo de Basqueland Brewing para #beersaturday (Esp-Eng)

Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os muestro una cerveza de Basqueland Brewing. Quizá la cervecera española que más se prodiga fuera de sus fronteras y que goza de gran fama y reconocimiento por méritos propios.
Hace algunos meses empezaron a elaborar cervezas relacionadas con lugares icónicos del mundo del surf, como por ejemplo "Mundaka". Ahora empezamos nueva serie con lugares míticos y pintorescos de la naturaleza española, como esta "Cola de caballo", probablemente la cascada más icónica de todo el país, la cual se encuentra en el parque natural de Ordesa en Huesca.

Parece que mis llamadas de auxilio para que las West Coast IPA o American IPA no desaparezcan están siendo escuchadas. Poco a poco empiezo a ver más cervezas de este estilo. Las NEIPA o Hazy IPA siguen copando el mercado. Pero es cierto que cada vez se ven más y yo lo celebro.
En esta ocasión nos encontramos con la triple C del lúpulo. Centennial, Columbus y Chinook. Los tres cásicos del lúpulo que suelen aparecer combinados o solos en estos estilos.
La cerveza es amarga como manda el estilo. Con los sabores cítricos y resinosos por encima del resto, apareciendo de fondo matices florales y herbáceos.
La cerveza también es de color claro y transparente, como manda el estilo.
Ojalá se vuelva a poner de moda el estilo.

For this week's #beersaturday I show you a beer from Basqueland Brewing. Perhaps the Spanish brewery that expands the most outside its borders and that enjoys great fame and recognition on its own merits.
A few months ago they started brewing beers related to iconic places in the world of surfing, such as "Mundaka". Now we start a new series with mythical and picturesque places in Spanish nature, like this "Horse's Tail", probably the most iconic waterfall in the entire country, which is located in the Ordesa natural park in Huesca.

It seems that my calls for help so that West Coast IPA or American IPA do not disappear are being heard. Little by little I'm starting to see more beers of this style. NEIPA or Hazy IPA continue to dominate the market. But it is true that they are seen more and more and I celebrate it.
On this occasion we find the triple C of hops. Centennial, Columbus and Chinook. The three classic hops that usually appear combined or alone in these styles.
The beer is bitter as the style dictates. With citrus and resinous flavors above the rest, floral and herbaceous nuances appearing in the background.
The beer is also light and transparent in color, as dictated by the style.
I hope the style comes back into fashion.
