Dirt dirt Nap nap de The veil Brewing Co. para #beersaturday (ESp-Eng)

Hoy para el #beersaturday de esta semana os traigo una de mis cerveceras americanas favoritas, se trata de The Veil Brewing Co. desde Richmond. Todo lo que he probado me ha sorprendido gratamente. Su nivel cervecero y calidad están más que contrastados. Una pena que solo lleguen sus productos a Europa una o dos veces al año. Aunque mi bolsillo también lo agradece, porque el precio de las cervezas importadas de Estados Unidos hoy en día está desorbitado.
La cerveza que os muestro hoy es la hermana mayor de la ya mítica Dirt Nap. La versión doble IPA de la que es quizá la cerveza más icónica y representativa de la marca.

Espectacular cerveza. Si ya me enamoraba la original, su versión doble es realmente una locura. Mezcla perfecta de fruta y amargor. Sabores tropicales a papaya y matices de uva aportados por el Galaxy y el Nelson Sauvin respectivamente y mucho amargor y toques cítricos de la mano del Citra y el Mosaic.
El aroma es muy contundente fruto del DDH y la densidad de la cerveza es espectacular. Muy cremosa. Un trago nunca es suficiente.
El alcohol está muy bien integrado.
De las mejores cervezas que he probado en lo que va de año y es que The Veil nunca falla.

Its beer level and quality are more than proven. A shame that their products only arrive in Europe once or twice a year. The beer I'm showing you today is the older sister of the now legendary Dirt Nap. The double IPA version of what is perhaps the most iconic and representative beer of the brand.

Spectacular beer. If I already fell in love with the original, its double version is really crazy. Perfect mix of fruit and bitterness. Tropical flavors of papaya and grape nuances provided by Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin respectively and a lot of bitterness and citrus touches from Citra and Mosaic.
The aroma is very strong as a result of DDH and the density of the beer is spectacular. Very creamy. One drink is never enough.
The alcohol is very well integrated.
One of the best beers I've tried so far this year and The Veil never fails.
