Zendo de Garage Beer Co. para #beersaturday (Esp-Eng)

Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os traigo una colaboración de altura entre Garage Beer Co. una de las cerveceras que más me gustan de toda España y Cyclic Beer Farm, la cervecera de Barcelona especializada en cervezas ácidas. De semejante unión de gigantes solo podía salir un bombazo. Con las ideas estrambóticas de Garage y el buen hacer de Cyclic, aquí tenemos la Zendo, que a mí no me ha dejado indiferente.

En primera instancia los sabores que ofrece no pegan de ninguna manera. Hibisco, agua de azahar, vainilla, y canela. Parece una mezcla alocada y poco apetecible. Pero una vez pruebas la cerveza, los sabores se armonizan y aparecen y desaparecen de tu paladar en un orden armonioso y compensado. La cerveza es muy compleja pero se bebe muy fácil.
El color es indescifrable. Más bien feo, pero el sabor lo compensa todo.
El final es seco y con un ligero dulzor a la vainilla.

For this week's #beersaturday I bring you a high-quality collaboration between Garage Beer Co., one of the breweries I like the most in all of Spain, and Cyclic Beer Farm, the Barcelona brewery specialized in sour beers. In the first instance, the flavors it offers do not match in any way. Hibiscus, orange blossom water, vanilla, and cinnamon. It seems like a crazy and unappetizing mix. But once you taste the beer, the flavors harmonize and appear and disappear from your palate in a harmonious and balanced order. The beer is very complex but it is very easy to drink.
The color is indecipherable. Rather ugly, but the flavor makes up for it all.
The finish is dry and with a slight vanilla sweetness.
