2. Februar 2024: Day 2 HSBI-Giveaway
Heute auf dem Laufband bin ich tatsächlich kurz schwach geworden. Mit dem Smartphone in der Hand ist man einfach zu schnell auf Amazon und kann sich Dinge anschauen. Wie gestern erwähnt hätte ich heute tatsächlich fast das Walking Pad gekauft. Hab's dann aber doch gelassen... bin mal gespannt wann ich schwach werde, weil die Idee finde ich eigentlich echt cool.
Mein Training bestand heute aus 1 Kilometer aufwärmen. Was nicht ganz dem Trainingsansatz von Mike Mentzer entspricht aber ich hatte das Gefühl das musste heute sein.
Mein eigentliches Workout hat dann etwas mehr als 40 Minuten gedauert, wobei ich heute nur Oberkörper gemacht habe, da ich morgen mit meiner Freundin zusammen Beine mache. Ich hab anscheinend zulange Pausen gemacht, mein Durchschnittspuls lag bei 124. Dies ist für ein HIIT Workout auf jeden Fall zu wenig.
Today on the treadmill, I actually felt weak for a moment. With a smartphone in hand, it's just too easy to go on Amazon and browse things. As mentioned yesterday, I almost bought the Walking Pad today. But then I decided against it... I'm curious when I will give in because I actually find the idea really cool.
My training today consisted of 1 kilometer of warming up. This doesn't quite match Mike Mentzer's training approach, but I felt like it was necessary today.
My actual workout then lasted a bit more than 40 minutes, during which I only worked on my upper body, as I am planning to do legs with my girlfriend tomorrow. Apparently, I took too long breaks, my average heart rate was 124. This is definitely too low for a HIIT workout.

Also mein Puls ist deutlich höher beim HIIT allerdings dauern die auch keine 40 Minuten, außer es ist „Murph“.
Gestern gab es 14 Minuten:
60 Wallballs
50 Box Jumps
40 Burpees
30 Medball Box Step Ups
20 Toes To Bar
Und dann wieder von vorne…
Ja bei HIIT sollte wesentlich höher sein. Ich hab wirklich zu lange Pause gemacht zwischendurch :D
Das würde ich nicht schaffen haha :D - da würde ich nach Luft schnappend auf dem Boden liegen. :D
