Being a Superintendent is an important job that earns people's respect. However, that doesn't mean it is okay to act badly.

Superintendent Mark was in charge of a park. Families come there for picnic and enjoy a nice time with their kids. But he doesn't treat them well and never allows the kids to have free hands.

One day, he insulted a lady whose husband was important because of her kids behavior. He said lots of mean things to her.

The lady left in anger and later returned with some soldiers. They punished him severely, even though he begged for Mercy.

Just when he was promising of doing better, the lady's husband arrived with a letter.

He has been removed from the present park and redeployed to a far away park where he will weed the grasses manually and take care of the animals there alone.

More so, he would not see people there because people hardly use that park for picnic nor tour there.

He will also miss the money or gifts some parents give to him.

He learnt in a hard way never to allow his position to make him treat people badly.

Wow. That was so mean of Mark. He could have treated them well and keep earning respect and also being given free tips. A lot to enjoy but he allowed his position to control him.

Our first impressions matter a lot. This guy clearly missed that point. Mark really needed that lesson like most of do.
