Despite the fact that she had heard a thousand and one times that she should not trust in strangers, Jenna found herself in a desperate situation. Hearing small earnings as a tone for it, she neglected the cautionary signals when a certain man approached her with an offer of a job. She followed him to an open field where he gave a shovel to her. “Dig your own grave,” he said and his smile was cold enough to freeze hell to death to the young woman. The man began to narrate stories of those who had He began to navigate her about those who had let him down when Jenna dug. With each shovel of dirt she felt her horror rise feeling that the gold that was once promised to her was in fact a snare. When she lifted her eyes again, the man was gone, and it was only her against the threatening calm.
