Hello! Everyone on that is my entry about prompt
I see few men in that image those are staying ahead of a shop wherefrom they buy something. According to my view they buy fish fry. That little shop is blue color and that located on bank of road and also cloth shop located near that. One of those parson one take something and eat it. I feel that they are hungry so so that they stained in line for purchase.

It indeed is fish (fried) that is sold. Perhaps not hungry but the smell of it will attract people if they can afford it.
