This new café in town was promoted as the new place to be for every lover of the drink. However, after several visits to the place, Anna realized that it was a “not so hotspot;” the atmosphere was rather bland, the coffee was average, and the waiters were rather sluggish. On such a rainy day one afternoon, she sat in front of the laptop browsing through her mobile and waiting for her order to be prepared. A group of people were sitting in one corner whining, about the same problems. Anna used to believe in it, but now she came to conclusion that it was just more marketing windows dressing. That is why she preferred to search for another place, for a real Heaven, in which she would be happy to spend her afternoons in a warm and friendly environment.
