Movies (comedies) work for me too. Mostly, when I'm upset I clean the house. Or a desk. Or something that has been waiting for a long time. It seems counterintuitive, but cleaning stuff up makes me feel as though I'm in control. It's also a way of diverting attention from what's bother me.

I'm glad you found a way to distract yourself. Here's hoping those bad days don't visit too often.
