Hello everyone, welcome to Hive Music Festival Week 124 – Round 1. I am @akwash360 and in this week’s rendition of the hive music festival I will be doing a cover of the song “You Are Great” by Min. Steve Crown. A Nigerian Gospel artist and a song writer who is passionate about the progress of the kingdom of God.

I got to know and also like Steve Crown for this single song 'You are great'. That was 2021. Though I’ve been hearing the song before then but I’ve never pay attention to even understand the lyrics of the song until 2021. The track was what actually inspired me to get to search his biography and also find out about the other tracks he released subsequently; The likes of We wait on you, Healing wings, You alone, God of wonders and so many others
I love this particular track so much, and I can tell that it was due to some key factors like the vocals, the instrumentals, the pattern of the music and also the song lyrics.

Base on my analysis on those key factors, I must say that the lyrics well portray the message behind the inspiration the writer got from the holy spirit. It actually proclaims God’s greatness over humanity and his mighty power and love. The message was clear enough and I give him credit for that.

Also coming down to the vocals I must say that both the lead vocal and the backups maintain the key and that makes the whole sound of the music sound melodious and cool. It is clear enough that they are committed to giving their best and I commend them for that great job.

The sound engineer who also participated by producing the instrumentals for the song also I will not leave out. He did awesomely great and I love the sound.
It is a great privilege for me to also cover this song I enjoyed so well so I really hope you’d enjoy my entry
