The 100-Day Project, Day 61 — Busy, but Mostly With Other Things
Welcome to day 61 of the 100th day project, and welcome to the day after a Bitcoin halving!
Recently painted spiral stones
I guess I felt compelled to mention that, just to have a record of it for whatever time in the future.
Today was a bit of a low day in many ways; I just didn't feel particularly creative although I did get a few things taken care of... most of them having nothing to do with creativity.
It is hard to believe that in just another two weeks we will actually be at the UFO & Paranormal event in Ocean Shores. The first show of the year is always an interesting one because I never feel like I'm prepared enough, usually because it's been quite a while since we last were doing anything.
Show season is starting somewhat late this year, but hopefully we will still have a good year.

Day 61 Stone Painting:
It was another somewhat slow day on the painting front. I started off by painting another one of the small $12 stones for our basket, and I think I will try to do at least one every day until the last possible moment. That stone is pictured above.
With that out of the way, I decided to try my hand at another small spiral stone. Normally I paint this kind of design on somewhat larger stones but I wanted to have a few that were a little less expensive in time for the show. So this was the outcome:
A smaller spiral stone. I didn't even notice the stone has a small "dent" in it until I was almost done. Oh well.
Day 61 Summary and Social Media Bits:
A pretty quiet day today: just a couple of modest stones painted. Almost didn't bother with the social media part... but "something" told me not to be a total slacker.
Daily Twitter/X post: Check. Post about spiral stones.
Daily Facebook Page post: Skip. Couldn't think of anything relevant, in the moment.
Daily Instagram post: Check. Also a post about spiral stones.
Other Stuff: As usual, this Hive post; couple of small stones; Daily shoutout to @gillianpearce!
Day 61 completed; in truth, I felt like a bit of a sloth today... really struggled to get going, both creatively speaking, and in general. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!
I appreciate you coming to visit and please do leave a comment if you feel so inclined!
Thank You!
