Holozing Fanart: Water Type Dragon

How's it going, everybody? I hope you're having a grand day. Mine was perfect since I finished another fan art for the Holozing game, just like before my hiatus (in terms of speed and even quality if I say so myself).

After so many attempts, I think I got the hair right this time. It came close the =times before this, but never really got this feeling of being fluffy and seem so nice to touch before, and I'm so happy about it in this particular piece.
