ESTA ES MI PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL MINI CONCURSO

Cada vez que despertamos un día enfrentamos. Por lo general el café es la bebida que me pide el cuerpo, me gusta dejar que se repose un poco , caliente no disfruto de su sabor. Me gusta sin azúcar para disfrutar de su sabor amargo de café...a veces el dulce es sirope de papelón, no todo el tiempo. En noches calurosas un vaso de agua al despertar agrada para refrescar antes de tomar el café.

Six months ago, I found out that I have pre diabetic. Since then, I have been given a goal to manage it like sugar control.Then,
I drink fenugreek water every morning. Fenugreek water, made by soaking fenugreek seeds overnight and drinking the infused water in the morning on an empty stomach, provides various health benefits.These include better blood sugar control, improved digestion, lowered cholesterol levels, weight management, and anti-inflammatory properties. Adding fenugreek water to your daily routine can lead to notable enhancements in health, from managing diabetes to supporting heart health.

I'm sorry to hear that you developed diabetes at a young age.
I'm sharing that I'm taking these measures to prevent diabetes. I drink fenugreek water, periwinkle tea, and a mix of bitter gourd juice with cucumber and tomato every morning. I also go for walks to keep my sugar levels in check.

Hi @criptomadre I was also diagnosed with type II diabetes. So I started doing a healing process with various waters and games that help cleanse the body and the fatty liver. I didn't know about this fenugreek water tip. hugs!

I have been following this for the past one year. Iam not diabetic but Iam in the borderline so I just take one glass of warm fenugreek water which has proved to be beneficial.

Hey, @cryptomother 😄 I think it's great that you've started attacking this condition early enough. I know many patients who have completely reversed their blood sugar levels to normal and are now healthy. Fenugreek is not common here in my area, but I have read about its benefits. I know that aside from giving up added sugar, giving up simple carbs, ultra-processed foods, and fruit juice is helpful as well.

¡Esta es mi participación en el mini concurso!

Cuando me despierto en mi día a día, suelo beber un vaso de yogur líquido, a veces lo acompaño con topping de granolas, esa es mi primera bebida del día y también el desayuno, es un 2x1😅. Me ayuda a saciar el estómago desde las 7 h hasta las 12:30 pm que suele ser mi hora del almuerzo, me llena de energía para ir a darlo todo en mi trabajo. También este excelente desayuno aporta nutrientes que ayudan a nuestros músculos, rico en proteínas y calcios. Cuando era pequeña, mi padre siempre compraba diferentes tipos de yogures líquidos, para crecer con dientes y huesos fuertes. En caso de que no tengas yogur líquido, puedes fácilmente diluir el yogur puro con un poco de leche y se transformará en una deliciosa bebida.

Por alguna razón desconocida, no se visualiza mi comentario aquí, el cual hice ayer. A ver, es estupendo que comiences el día con yogur, sea éste vegano o no, porque te provee de mucha energía, vitaminas, minerales, además de sentar muy bien en el estómago, y ciertamente ayuda mucho a fijar el calcio en todo el sistema óseo. This is my entry in the mini contest!
I usually take one dose of Kefir every morning to break the fasting process during the morning hours, as I wake up.
I take Kefir in the morning, before breakfast, because it has several beneficial factors to improve my digestion process since I do not have enough digestive enzymes to take me through this complex biological operation.
Kefir is not the same as a natural yogurt, since it is the result of the milk process's fermentation. During this process, there is the generation of the »Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens» bacteria, which contains several digestive enzymes, and you can make natural Kefir at home.
These digestive enzymes help considerably during the digestion process, since they inhibit the bloating and sometimes the heartburn effects caused by it.
During the visit to a supermarket, you can find natural Kefir as well as flavored kefir options like strawberry and mango. As well as cow milk Kefir and goat milk kefir.

Hey, @joseq1570 😄 I'm getting to love water kefir. I'm having it everyday for 3 days until it's over, and then I add more fruit and water to my kefir grains and let it ferment for 3 days and start over again. after trying with pineapple, prunes and raisins, I've discovered that red apple and cane honey is the mix for me. I've read that kefir from the store has sugar, so I prefer to make it at home, but it's not like I can find kefir easily in my area either, hehe, so homemade is my only choice! 😂

I like to drink normal water with beet salt and lemon in it every morning with a glass of water.It cures stomach problems like diabetes cholesterol and upset stomach etc.Can you take it with lukewarm water if you want?I am always healthy by drinking such water.Can operate with full brain.We know that lemon water always provides vitamin C antioxidant to the body.Lemon water helps keep the body hydrated.We sleep at night especially after eating different foods.Drinking a glass of water with lemon and beet salt in the morning to refresh yourself with digestive power makes the whole day more refreshing.Hello friends, waiting for your comments and your participation.@nurul-uli

Hello @amazingdrinks friends!!!! This is my first entry in the Mini comment contest, number 2.

My morning drink for this entire week is a healing green juice based on cucumber, parsley and celery, among other components, to break a 12-14 hour fast as part of a plan to lower my blood sugar levels and reverse the process of type II diabetes, what if it can be done.

This green juice aids in the detoxification of the body. It eliminates toxins, aids digestion, strengthens bones, gives energy and is beneficial for health. Then, in a post I will share with you the step by step of this morning drink. cheers!

A suggestion: You can add the decoction of stevia leaves, they will make that drink more palatable and will help you lower blood sugar levels.

Saludos querida comunidad, mi participación en el mini concurso 😊

Tengo como costumbre apenas me levanto tomar 2 vasos de agua al natural, pues siempre he sido muy alérgica y había escuchado en un programa que el Agua es la mejor bebida para desintoxicar sobre todo si la tomamos en la mañana, en ayunas.
Recuerdo que me podía tomar 1 litro pero como eso me hacía ir tanto al baño baje la dosis a dos vasos apenas me levanto.
Ya a la hora de desayunar me puedo hacer una bebida que contenga Banana y Cacao en polvo para eso de la energía, algunas veces suelo acompañar con bebida vegetal de Coco o de Almendras.
Pero definitivamente la bebida que me acompaña apenas comienza el día, es mi apreciada Agua 💧

My favorite morning drink for many years now is this black tea ☕️ blend with some ginger in it which gives it a beautiful aroma. I have been taking this drink every morning for over 10 years now. Since some years when I immersed myself in the care of my beloved body, I began to create habits such as drinking hot water, solarized water, water with moonlight or lemon water.

Mi participación de este maravilloso mini concurso.

Empecé a tomar un vaso de agua todas las mañanas en ayunas cuando tenía 28 años. Pero, cuando me vine a Chile y llegó el invierno, algo cambió, el frío me obligó a calentar un poco el agua antes de tomarla, así que me quedé con ese hábito de tomarme un vaso agua tibia apenas empezo mi día. Esto es como un ritual que me produce una sensación de bienestar y según algunos estudios reduce el metabolismo en un 25%, lo que puede ayudar a quemar grasa más rápido.

Beber agua en las mañanas es algo casi que indispensable,porque luego de las horas de sueño durante las cuales el cuerpo ha trabajado tanto en las diversas actividades de regeneración celular, requiere de líquidos para reponerse y nada mejor que un buen vaso de agua. El beber agua tibia es un hábito saludable, sé que los asiáticos, aún en climas muy calurosos, beben el agua así, tibia, por lo que sin duda debe ser beneficioso para la salud.

Así es, nuestro cuerpo y mente siguen trabajando durante las horas de sueño por eso es tan importante hidratarnos al levantarnos para reponerlo.

Sí, hace poco ví en un canal que promueve el turismo en China que ellos toman agua tibia durante todo el año, e incluso después de almuerzo, pues lo consideran saludable! Me alegra haber adquirido este hábito! Jeje

Greetings! Here is my entry for the mini contest.
Early in the morning, I usually go for boiled water with fenugreek as told by @cryptomother . I started this habit just a year ago, as Doctor suggested I was in the borderline of initial stages of Diabetes. She never suggested any medicines, she just asked me to control the sugar content in my food.
I started taking fenugreek water after being suggested by an Ayurveda Doctor, a friend of mine. But this definitely proved a great change in my sugar level. Though it hasn't reduced much, there wasn't in any increase after that.
I usually have the habit of drinking tea with sugar after an hour of drinking this water. But now I have reduced the amount of sugar but has not avoided sugar completely.

It is certainly very wise that you have decided to reduce your sugar consumption. I'm surprised about the fenugreek, since I already saw that @cryptomother also consumes that water frequently. In Venezuela it is somewhat difficult to get fenugreek, but I have seen that some people sell the seed of that plant, so I will try to get it. I also recommend that you consume stevia, the decoccion of dried leaves, since in addition to sweetening, it does reduce blood glucose levels.

Hola hola mis queridos amigos, ESTA ES MI PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL MINI CONCURSO 😊 generalmente tomo un vaso de agua para comenzar el día, pero como estamos en la gran comunidad de las bebidas increíbles les tengo una muy buena para las mañanas, se que muchos seguramente han tomado avena y lechosa sin saber sus beneficios para el organismo, bueno esta es la bebida que les recomiendo para equilibrar el transito intestinal, rica y estupenda para quienes requieren de una forma natural darle una ayudita a esa parte de nuestro cuerpo que a veces se pone algo malvada y no los deja estar sonrientes jajaja

Solo dos ingredientes te darán lo que necesitas para comenzar el día y al final del mismo verás como tu cuerpito te dará las gracias y descansaras contento y feliz

Está es un combinación súper interesante especialmente porque me encanta la avena y la lechosa, pero no sé me habria ocurrido tomarlas justas. Tengo que probar está bebida !

My entry

Starting off my day with a bottle of water (room temperature) is a ritual I've been doing for as long as I can't remember, hehehe. As we know, water is life and that's why I ensure to drink water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Doing this keeps my skin hydrated reducing any form of wrinkles and giving it a natural glow. My beautiful glowing skin is as a result of this ritual of taking water early in the morning as I rarely use body creams lol.

Not only that, it keeps me energized, boosts my body metabolism and immune system, helps in bowel movement and flushes toxins all around my body.
Sometimes when I drink water early in the morning, can skip breakfast as it helps hold the hunger.

You're right. Water is highly essential to begin the day with and it has loads of health benefits.

I drink slightly hot water first thing in the morning and warm water throughout the day. It helps bowel movement and leaves my body system clean and open to receive more nutrients.

THIS IS MY PARTICIPATION IN THE MINI CONTEST after being invited by awesome @aguamiel 💓

The first drink I have every morning is water, plain water from the jug I keep in the fridge. This fresh sensation after brushing my teeth is the one that tells me I'm awake. BUT my day's not really started until I don't have a cup of coffee; I drink it hot and black with no sugar. I feed my animal companions while I'm sipping my coffee, water the plants, read a little, think about the day ahead, & BREATH... My day begins really early, at the break of dawn; then when I can see the sun through my window, I know it's time for warm plant based masala chai--which I discovered recently--, turmeric & ginger cold infusion, water kefir or green tea; what I drink depends on the day and whether I'm home or at my second job on the weekend. From the time I get out of bed, it's 4-5 hours before I eat anything solid, so these drinks brighten up my morning and energize me 😁 I'd love to know what @aurodivys drinks to start her day now that she lives in cold weather 😄

Nothing like water to wake up and activate all our systems, and then a hot, friendly and very aromatic coffee. Your routine is very similar to mine, because I start the day with one or two glasses of water, and then a very hot black coffee without sugar, only I usually fast for longer. The vegan masala-chai thing is great, I congratulate you for incorporating that drink into your daily life. Thank you very much for taking your time to participate in this mini contest.

ESTA ES MI PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL MINI CONCURSO, gracias a la invitación de mi querida @marlyncabrera.

Les cuento: al levantarme, en las mañanas, luego de agradecer por la fortuna de ver un nuevo amanecer🌅 y del aseo personal, voy a la cocina y pongo a calentar agua. La cantidad necesaria para un vaso pequeño. Cuando siento que ya el agua está tibia, la sirvo en el vasito que ya tengo dispuesto para esto y le agrego una cucharadita de vinagre de sidra de manzana🍎 con la madre. Me lo tomo despacio, afirmando que es medicina para mi cuerpo, que es beneficioso para mi organismo. Lo tomo con un pitillo o pajilla para evitar daños en los dientes por la acidez.

Luego, tomo agua, trato de tomar varios vasos con agua fresca, mientras ordeno algunas cosas de la casa o del trabajo, y espero el ansiado cafecito que mi esposo prepara para el desayuno. Casi siempre, me tomo una taza antes de comer, caliente y sin azúcar. Llevo muchos años tomándome el café, sin ningún tipo de endulzante. Y, para cerrar con broche de oro estás primeras horas del día, me tomo otra tácita de café con el desayuno y la recargo con un poco más para hacer la sobremesa con mi esposo.

Los beneficios del consumo de agua tibia con vinagre de manzana son muchos. En la web se puede leer sobre esto. Yo lo tomo, confiando que disminuye los niveles de azúcar en la sangre y que reduce el colesterol. A mí, me cae muy bien, pero antes de recomendar que lo tomen, recomiendo que pregunten a su médico de confianza si no tiene contraindicaciones en la salud de ustedes.

El resto del día, puedo tomar tecitos e infusiones para aliviar el frío que me hiela mis huesitos, jajaja, o un chocolate caliente y reconfortante.

Te acompaño en ese momento manzanero de la mañana 3 de cada 7 días de la semana estoy tomando kefir de agua que alimento con manzana roja y papelón. El kefir, en egeral, tiene estudios científicos que se pueden ubicar en el portal PubMed, como este de aquí, aunque no hace milagros contra la milhojas que me comi ayer 🤣🙈

Está haciendo mucho calor por estos lados. Tendría que hacer posicle con ese vinagre, con su mamá y todo 🤣

¡Jajaja! Pero es mejor que nada. Sería un buen negocio en Cumaná lo de los posicles de vinagre de manzana con madre y todo. Una merienda saludable que beneficia el organismo y mata el calor 🫠🙊🙈

Ese dato está genial @aurodivys, el de beber el agua con el vinagre de manzana, siempre he oído que tomar vinagre de manzana es muy saludable para la salud en general.
