Hola mis queridos amigos de Foodie by hive, en el día de hoy les quiero compartir una de mis recetas preferidas, muy fácil y práctica a la hora de hacerla, estamos hablando de un picadillo de pechuga de pollo, el cual nos encanta a todos en casa.
Hello my dear friends of Foodie by hive, today I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes, very easy and practical when it comes to making it, we are talking about a chicken breast picadillo, which we all love at home.
Esta semana el concurso Hive Top Chef de @qurator tiene como tema realizar una receta con carne picada y de esta manera me sumo a la iniciativa, a continuación les muestro como la realicé y sus ingredientes.

✅Ingredientes:
1/2 libra de pechuga de pollo molida
3 ajíes medianos
1/2 cebolla
1 /2 limón
1 taza (café) de puré de tomate
3 dientes de ajo machacados
Sal
Comino
Mostaza
Adobo
✅Ingredients:
1/2 pound of ground chicken breast
3 medium chili peppers
1/2 onion
1 /2 lemon
1 cup (coffee) of tomato puree
3 crushed garlic cloves
Salt
Cumin
Mustard
Adobo
Lo primero será cortar los ajíes y la cebolla en cuadrados bien pequeñitos y reservar. Si tienen ají pimiento le pueden echar también que da un sabor exquisito.
The first thing to do is to cut the peppers and onion into very small squares and set aside. If you have chili peppers you can also add them as they give an exquisite favor.
Seguidamente, se procede a condimentar la carne molida con sal, comino, adobo y medio limón.
Next, the ground beef is seasoned with salt, cumin, adobo and half a lemon.
Se debe mezclar todo bien para integrar. Es importante dejar reposar durante unos 20 minutos para que absorba bien los condimentos.

Luego en una sartén se pone el aceite y se le va incorporando el ají y la cebolla previamente picados, el ajo machacado, el puré, la mostaza y la carne molida, removiendo todo muy bien para integrar y que vaya sofriendo.
Then in a frying pan put the oil and add the previously chopped chili and onion, the crushed garlic, the puree, the mustard and the ground beef, stirring everything very well to integrate and fry it.
Por último se le agrega media tacita de agua y se deja cocinar unos 20 minutos a fuego medio hasta que seque por completo el agua.
Finally, add half a cup of water and let it cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat until the water dries completely.
