Stealth Combat in Far Cry 5 is Fun.
I had some other stories to tell but before that, I decided to join the stealth combat contest so I went to play the game today. Stealth in Far Cry 5 is real fun but I can't do it just anywhere, I do it mostly when I liberate cult outpost but there were no outpost left in John's or Faith's region to liberate so I flew to Jacob's region that I haven't touched yet.
There was this Elk Jaw Lodge 3879m far from where I was and Eden's Gate was using this park lodge to perform experiments that can change wolves into monstrosities called "Judges".
I landed a far so they don't get alerted and my planning was to liberate the outpost without any of the cults knowing I was there so it needed to be a silent mission.
I found the lodge highly secured with all the cults around so I started to see their movements first. There I noticed that cult was poking a wolve when I was looking for a way to get in and poke him instead.
I found an opening into the outpost and after watching around, I found there was no one around so I disabled that alarm first, it was one out of two.
There was this cult guarding around the dock there. I was thinking of taking him down first, I even waited there for a moment.
But this flame thrower attracted me the most who kept burning some logs there. I was hiding there in the grasses to find the perfect moment as there were other cults close by.
When I understood I could take him down easily, I went close to him from behind and I took him down by breaking his neck when another guard was not so far that you can see in the photo above.
I left the spot at once as there came more cults and as they noticed the dead body, they started looking for me when I hid in the grasses there. Then I waited for the right moment and I took down the other cult and I threw the body in the water.
There was another one who was still looking for enemies and was walking around so finding a good chance, I took him down using the baseball bat and I took care of his body as well.
Now it was time for taking care of the cult who was poking the caged wolve. When I took him down, he was still poking the wolve and the wolve looked wild.
This was another cult who was just standing there quietly and looking around. I went behind him quietly and I took him down in stealth.
The last three cults was guarding closely after noticing the first dead body so I decided to take different approach. I went inside the building where I found dead bodies of wolves and it looked like they were being experimented there.
I found a bow in that building that I used to take down one of the cult quietly and when I tried taking another one down, I mistakenly shot the arrow without getting it ready so the cult didn't die and they noticed me.
Before they could open fire, I shot some arrows and I took down both of them and I liberated the outpost with no alarms.
Peoples on our side came over and took over the outpost as I liberated it. The stealth combat was fun and I'm glad that I liberated the camp with no alarms and that I completed the challenge in stealth.
How about we continue in another post?

Thanks.
You managed to kill them all in stealth, I couldn't do that, hahaha I'm more of a reach and shoot guy, I really liked the picture where you shoot one of them down with the bat, the one near the river. I love that picture
I understand which picture you're talking about. That's a special capture for sure where I tried to find the right angles for a moment. I'm more of a stealth person now when I'm in the field but when I'm airborne, I try destructions.
The screenshots you have shared are impressive, you are doing a good job with the perspectives.
