My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2023

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the world,how are you today?
I am hoping you are all healthy and safe.
Today i want to share my activity.
As usual me and my wife wake up and due this day still weekday my wife going to school and i am takeher to school. After that i am walking around my neighborhood. After done walking around 1 hour i am continue to create cement pot to be a scented candle place. I am not taking picture of my work because it is like a mess in my workshop or i rather said work garage right now. After that i am accompany my son to eat,play and teaching him some of basic life. And then,me and my son pick up my wife from work and then i am continuing walking around my neighborhood. Spending 2 hours walking around and enjoy the evening.

Thats all my activity today,i am hoping you all can get more active and healthy. See you in the next content. Ciaaooo...
