My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2023

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the world,how are you doing today? I am hoping you are all healthy and fine.

Today i want to sharing my activity.
Today is monday and starting the new week with work and work. As usual i am helping preparing my son to school. But due the bad weather in my country. My son got common cold. He has runny nose but he not got fever. So, i am pretty sure he will recovery fast. Hopefully.

After taking my wife and my son to go to school. I am back home and start jogging and walking around my Neighborhood.
after 1,5 hours jogging and walking, i am doing house chores like always. After that i am doing my work make cement pot to restock while waiting my gas regulator arrived. Then i can make scented candle again and take some product picture.
After that i am pick up my son from school. Lunch together and i am playing games while waiting my wife time to go home. After pick up my wife and have dinner time to enjoy the afternoons. Making tea and watching some anime.

Thats all my activity today. See you tomorrow
