My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2023

Hello to all my actifiters friends around the world, how are you doing today? I am hoping that you are all healthy and fine

Today i want to share my activity, as usual in the weekdays. After i am waking up i am helping my son prepare to go to school. After done escorting my wife and my son to school i am going back to my home. And then going to walking around my neighborhood i am spending time walking around 1 hours. After get sweat a little bit i am done walking and continuing working to make cement pot. After a while this is time that my son time to go home. So i am going to picking up my son. After that same as yesterday cleaning up after arrived and lunch together. Then i am going to continue working make some scented candle and adding some detailing in work to make sample product and be ready to launch maybe in next couple weeks. After that i am pick up my wife from school then we are dinner together and i am playing some games then sleep.
