Hello to all my actifiters friends around the world,how are you doing today?
Monday aye, another day another week.

Today back to weekly activity. In the morning my son and my wife going to school so i need put them in school and then going back home. After arrived at home, i decided to do morning walk, hopefully it can reduce stress and reduce my blood pressure. I dont know why but sometimes my blood pressure going high and sometimes normal. But, for pretend any bad happens i think doing morning walk everyday is good for heart and mind.
After done morning walk i am going to work

Molding and make cement pot everyday to fulfill weekly order. I am working until time to pick up my son. After done picking up my son then we lunch together and i am continuing working until all molding get full, tomorrow will be ready to be a nice cement pot.
And then i am pick up my wife and after arrived at home we are eating dinner and playing game like splinterlands and terracore. Maybe i am playing until 10 p.m then i need to sleep so i can wake up fresh next morning. Thats all my daily activity.

i am hoping that i can be success and give my best for my son. but i need to stay healthy first right. actifit give me chance to insist me doing more active for my life (in positive way)

Walking or hiking can definitely help your blood pressure my friend!😄
My wife had high blood pressure and we started hiking and her blood pressure is back to normal!
