My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2024
Hello to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my activity.
Today is holiday. I want to spend more time with my son. And yeah, since all holiday. I am asking my brother to accompany me to see the new cluster of housing area. They said that the price is not pricey. So i need to check how is the access road. Since me and my brother still dont have house. We wanna look together. And yeah my son come with me too. Thats why i can spend time talking with my son, playing in car with my son. And my brother loves too when seeing with my son. After done checking the main road access. We just keeping the information. Not itented to buy it. Turns out that the cheapest one is very small house. With just 8x5 . And this house is very small. The small house price is over than half billions rupiah. And for me it is very pricey. After that i am just hang out and drinking coffee with my brother and talking about money and job. And in the evening, I feels tired playing games so i decided to take a walk around my neighboorhood. And yeah today is sunny. The sky is very good to see and i am enjoying walking around.
And lately after entering age 35. I am more aware about healthy and i need to do some workout. I am afraid that my heart having problem. Thats why i am doing walk and it considered as cardio workout right. After take a walk i am returned home and prepared dumbles.
And i think today i will train my leg. Based on my experience. Leg workout drains more calories. And yeah i think i need to burn fat little by little so i starting training my leg. But, it turns out thay i cannot completed the set. My stamina and my muscles make me cannot finish the set that i want. Yeah, i think i need to build more stamina little by little too. And what i need to do now is just consisten to do work out. And that is the hardest part to overcome my laziness. My fuel this time is i want to healthier this year. And i want to avoid as much as possible sickness that related with heart and blood pressure. This two sickness is really deadly and silently can kill anybody. Thats why i afraid that i got stroke or heart attack. Hopefully tomorrow will continue with training my shoulder and arm. Home workout baby.
