My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2024

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my activity. Today i reach around 6k activity. Yeah because today i train my leg. There are so much work with my leg until my leg feel sore and cannot move anymore. I believe that leg muscles is the one that can help me burn more calories because leg muscles is the biggest in our body. Thats why i train so hard on leg. Hopefully with the trains my legs mucles will grow and increasing my BMR. And if the BMR increase of course it will burning more fat inside my body. And for the past few week i decrease intake glukose. From sugar, sweetener, or flour based food. I am hoping with my action in the 3 months my body fat will reduce a little bit. It will take time to reduce my body fat to be under 15% in instant. It will make my immune drop and the fatigue will be big. And i cannot work if i got sick. And talking about work. Now i am trying to be selller of thrift stuff. So people will give my spec of the stuff that they want to sold and lately this business growing a little bit.

For example like today i sold 1 diecast toy that price around 60$ and i got commision around 10%. Thats pretty cool. Hard for starter but when the business growing it will be easier. Same with weight training. For starter i barely can do squad just 20. And now i can do almost 100. Yeah the strenght and the endurance growing litlle by little. And the key of i can do more reps is i will think one more when my muscles feels sore. Just one additional more. Until i really cannot make the reps. And this week is one full month i am doing weight training in home. My body still not change much. But the my muscles starting to show when i am flexing it. But when resting still having fat around my body and the fat covered up my muscles. But it is okay. someday it will be good. The sharp of the body is just bonus.The purpose i am doing weight training is to controlling my blood sugar. So i can eat anything without worrying about blood sugar.
