My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2024

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my recent activity. Nothing happened in the last weekend. I am just chilling at home and resting day. My leg are very sore after Thrusday i am training my legs. And at Sunday my wife asking me to accompany her to restock vegetables and some pork meat for my son. So thats my chance to make my legs can move so much by walking and strolling inside supermarket and enjoying sightseeing some stuff and not gonna lie see some woman in there. Yeah just for refreshing my mind only not gonna flirting or doing something nasty. Overall strolling in supermarket can really helpfu my sore legs. And today i am planning deload my muscles. So, my plan for this week is reduce the weight and doing fully 4 sets with total 15 reps each set.

I am planning to deloading at the last week of the month. So next week i am increasing again back to normal for the weight. I am doing this for many purpose. The first to reduce the stress of my muscles each month. Second to fixing my form at weight lifting. Sometimes i am still egolifting to make my strength increase. So i can do with maximum weight even the form is not good. And today i am training my chest muscles. After reducing the weight as i predicted it is really easy to do it. And yeah compared to normal weight today my form is much much better. I can feel the muscle connection. But the muscles are not fully pumped. But i can remember the form and doing the right form for next week
So yeah maybe next week i am starting to reduce my ego and doing less reps with good perform. Until i can reach 12 reps each set. After that i will doing reps until i am failure not counting it. And when i cam do it very easyly
I think i need to go to gym. Since in the gym having more tools and machine that can helping to break down the muscles part. Doing with just dumble in home cannot train the specific muscle.
And for economy. Today i got many reports from my friends that the traffics for economics was down to the bottom. Many people holding money and not spending it. Wonder why. I think maybe many people really dont have money to spend. Just it and they need to saving more than spending it. And after knewing the economic that bad. I am just playing games. the retro ones. PS1 games on duck station.

I doubt many people knowing this games. Since when i was a kid and playing this games. Many my friend dont understand what i am playing. This games called Monster Rancher 2. Kinda like tamagochi at that time but i can play in PS1. This games is very nostalgic and addicted for me. I can play hours lately. So i can my anxiety does not come after knew that the economic was really bad lately.
