     When I acquired a hot tub for the lounge, the first thought on my mind was that there needs to be a set of ground rules for this new toy. First and foremost is no farting in the tub, and that applies even if you are chillaxing in the hot tub solo. Of course there is a no pee-pee rule too, and these rules only serve to promote the sustainability and future of our hot tub.

     The lounge gets better and better with time, just like a fine wine or a veteran ASEAN Hiver, and this upgrade will not be the least or the last. Now you all can achieve maximum relation in the VIP Lounge, just don't forget your swimwear when you leave home bound for the most elite space in the entire Hive-o-sphere. 4 things that seriously annoy me about Vietnam

I do complain about things that get under my skin though and I think that this isn't necessarily a good thing. As it turns out though a lot of the things that annoy me about Vietnam don't just also annoy other expats, but they also annoy most of the Vietnamese people that I speak to as well. Here are some thing that are just going to be part of your day-to-day life that would probably annoy you as well if you lived here.

"Nong Dang" bitten by bigger dogs, on the road to recovery

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} When introducing new dogs to a pack, which is something that we must do at the temples that house the semi-strays, it can sometimes be a bit dangerous for the new or smaller dogs. While we give the dogs plenty of food there are some times when the older members just aren't very keen on accepting a new addition. "Nong Dang" is a little thing and she is very friendly towards people but seems to be having some difficulty getting along with other dogs.

Mother's Day Celebration in a Korean Restaurant

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} My family and I celebrated Mother's Day at one of my Mum's recommended as Can Come Again restaurants for dinner. This is a Korean restaurant and I shared about it briefly in my previous post last year. We almost cancelled our plan to have a meal outside due to my Dad not feeling well, but we just headed out for dinner for a short while. Mother's Day is on Sunday. We celebrated it earlier on Saturday as we assumed that all the fancy restaurants would be full on the exact celebration day.

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} Last Friday, March 12, was the 1st birthday celebration of our 1st great granddaughter, celebrated at Jollibee, Basak, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu. We did not attend the occasion because hubby had a fever. Then, last Sunday, Mother's Day, hubby's health was okey, his fever transferred to me, I was feverish. My son suggested that we dine out that day. Thus, after I took biogesic, I felt normal a little bit. So, while we travelled I just lie down on the car seat.

Pig Fat, Cassava and More! Random things on May 4

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} It's my favorite and some people may find it weird. Pig fat was sliced and fried on a hot pan separating it from the tissues. ( I hope I explained right.) While the cassava was boiled until cracked. this day, my mother boiled the cassava for me after knowing that I love it. My sister bought pig fat and she extracted it and when I saw it, we started the conversation about the good things it can be paired with.
