Making Easy Pizza
Everyone likes pizza, of course, pizza is a very simple food but it tastes so complete. In one slice of pizza, there is fiber, protein, carbohydrates and fat. It feels like pizza is a food with the latest technology. Complete with one bite. Everyone loves pizza, especially if it's home made.
One time I wanted pizza, bought it at a simple place, it made me really like pizza. You know, I like the type of pizza with lots of cheese. Pizza with lots of cheese topping makes us forget all our problems. It was so crazy, like he was enjoying pleasure and something that fell from heaven.
Several well known pizza brands in my area have launched pizza menus with many variations. One time I saw the banner, they said the menu was 'Volcano Pizza'. That's right, as I thought, inside the pizza there is a mountain with melted pizza filling, in the middle like a volcano and the pizza is dipped in pizza sauce.
Unfortunately, the pizza was overpriced, probably because it uses so many types of cheese. Some use parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella. So, because there was an opportunity to make it, of course because I was free and really wanted to make some snacks for all my family members, so, I made my own pizza at home with the ingredients I had prepared beforehand.
I made the pizza quite simply this time, in fact, after making the bread dough, I left it long enough for the yeast to work better. I purposely went to the gym for 1.5 hours and that was enough to make the dough rise. Because the weather was raining, it took quite a long time for it to expand because the air temperature was humid and not too warm.
Ingredients:
- 250 gr high protein flour
- 5 grams of instant yeast
- 160 ml cold water (I use water with ice cubes)
- ½ tsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, spread cheese and mozzarella cheese
- Paprika
- Beef ham
- Onions
- Champignon mushrooms
- Tomato sauce
- Basil leaves
How to make easy pizza
- Its so easy, you need a basic ingredient like the ones above, you can use spinach for vegetables and onions and peppers are a source of fiber in the pizza you are going to make. I think all vegetables will do except the ones you don't like. But, before thinking about making pizza toppings, it would be better to make the pizza dough that we will make this time. It's quite simple because you just need to mix the dry ingredients above.
- After mixing and making it into a dough that is good enough to make bread, you wait at least 30 minutes for the bread dough to rise, then knead it again with your hands and wait for 15 minutes until it is ready to be used as a pizza base.
- Simply cut some peppers, onions and champignon mushrooms, then place them on the pizza dough. I got 2 pan pizzas that were big enough for all the family members.
- After that, I added basil, cheese, tomato sauce and also put beef ham on the pizza. Previously, prepare the oven at maximum temperature for 15 minutes.
- I baked the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes to get burnt from the cheese on the pizza, then the pizza I made was ready to be served and I got a comment that the pizza I made was quite delicious.
I'm proud to be able to make delicious and complete pizza with balanced nutrition! Its first time Kayra eat Pizza, than she loves too :D
