Hello everyone,
Remembering that I used to be very diligent in cooking various kinds of cakes, got lots of recipes in various books and social media, became someone who was very hungry for all the recipes available, dessert is mine!

I like dessert, maybe almost all women like dessert and it is a very enjoyable part of our lives. How that sweet taste makes the heart happy, comforts a wounded heart. I think a dessert would be really fun to eat after lunch or dinner, is that true?

I call it craving sugar or something dessert is a happy life, when I start spooning cake little by little on a small plate, that's a very happy life. I know this is not good, but dessert is the best even though it is a hard thing to process for the body.

Every now and then eating sweet food doesn't mean anything, when your stress reliever is eating sweet food, eat it, its better for you so much. I thought my blood sugar would skyrocket freely, but it might drop in a short time, when you are stressed, your blood sugar will increase sharply and be difficult to stabilize in the near future. This is my opinion which is not necessarily true.

This time, unexpectedly, I opened several old photo galleries, I saved lots of photos that I hadn't posted before. When I was still in my old house, cooking was my daily pleasure. Instead of all these photos being useless to keep, it would be better if I wrote down some recipes that might be useful for all of you. The title is a simple, sweet dessert, milo ball.

Milo Ball
The Recipe

As it looks, milo ball is a dessert that I made in the shape of a cute little ball, with sprinkles and filling made from milo which tastes really good. Milo is a type of malt powder that never lies with its taste, I call it sweet chocolate.

Ingredients;

With ingredients that are definitely easy to find in various mini or largest markets in your city, such as:

  • 100 gr sweetened condensed milk
  • 75 gr milo powder
  • 100 gr white chocolate
  • Pinch of salt
  • Plastic wrap

How to Make Milo Balls

  • The first thing first, you have to mix the sweetened condensed milk, milo powder and pinch of salt into the wokpan, then stir to mix and cook briefly so that the sweetened condensed milk becomes a little dry like caramel. The important part, because it will affect the texture of the milo balls.

  • After that, pour it into a container that has been line with plastic wrap, just to make it easier to shape into ball. Then store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that it becomes harder.

  • Cut several pieces, then shape them into balls which are sprinkled with milo powder on top.

  • Milo balls are ready to be served. If you want to keep the texture, please save it in the fridge.
