My love for Taaooma

In the past years, internet and social media has made it possible for us to behold a lot of raw talent we now look up to. We have influencers, skit makers, pranksters, and the likes which we were not able to see before now but social media and internet has made it possible for us to get to know them.

These days, you can only be sad or remain sad if you want to be because if you are able to go online you'll come across comedy skits that will make you laugh away your sorrow when you watch them. comedies of talented comedians. We have a good number of them right now they crack me up a lot but there are very exceptional ones that I really like. the likes of Kiekie, twise, sabinus, Mr macaroni, Taaooma, oluwadolaz brain jotter, kiriku, brother shaggy, shanks and the likes.

Out of them all, the one I love most is Taaooma. I love her a lot because of the kind of comedy she does. naturally she's a funny person so, it makes it easy for her to do it. Taaooma is an amazing, young, talented lady from ilorin kwara state Nigeria. Her real name is Apaokagi Abisola Mariam. She is about 24 years old now and she studied tourism hospitality and events management at the kwara state university in Nigeria. Taaooma portrays a typical Nigerian mother and their form of discipline. A mother who is always there to protect, take care of her family, And deal with her children accordingly.

Taaooma creates a relatable content of Nigerian mothers and how they always make you feel they know it all, always acting right even when they are wrong. Something you would watch and watch again. It's either you remember your mum doing such or an aunty or even a neighbour.
Taaooma stares as different characters in these skits and still makes its look authentic. She acts as Ronke, Iya Taaoo, who is the mother of the house and wife to Kunle, the head of the family. The first son,Tayo, the daughter Taaooma, and the last born Teni. She plays these roles perfectly and could even change her voice to match.

The family depict an average Nigerian home where the last born puts everyone in trouble and gets spared when they are being punished, where you are not allowed to tell your plans to friends or neighbors so that they would not harm you or destroy your plans, where you have to come first in class not minding the number or caliber of people you are in class with or if you are interested in the course, where your friends have to be screened by your mom or else you can't hangout with them.

A link to watch her.

One of the things I love about her is the fact that she portrays her character well. always protective of her family and husband especially her first daughter Taaooma. She makes me think about my mum when I watch her and the things I went through as a child. I love her use of slang too. Whenever I feel down cast I just go to her page and laugh it off. She is also a very good dancer. Scattering the stage with her funny dance moves.
