Proceso en imágenes - Process in pictures

Una vampira que recorre los tiempos, los siglos, las calles, el espacio y el tiempo.

Una vampira guerrera surgida en la época medieval, ella luchaba en los grandes ejércitos.

Fuerte, rápida, hábil con la espada, su visión era poderosa, podía oler al enemigo a kilómetros. Tenía los sentidos poderosamente desarrollados.

Hasta que una noche algo se apoderó de su sangre, ya no sería la misma.

Dentro, sentía la maldad recorriendo sus venas, pero como buena luchadora, pudo vencer ese lado oscuro, aunque ya no pudo ver la luz del sol.

Su cuerpo pedía sangre, se la pedía día tras día, pero sólo se alimentaría de la justicia, atravesando los tiempos y juzgando la maldad de las almas.

Ahora recorre las noches por las calles oscuras, sus espadas son sus colmillos, que clava sin piedad en la gente que ha hecho el mal.

Vengadora de los inocentes, es una vampira atípica, nadie puede verla, se esconde en las sombras, pero hay quienes dicen haber visto sus ojos salpicados de sangre proveniente de sus víctimas.

Proceso del diseño

El diseño consta de 14 capas y 5 imágenes.

El fondo lo cree con dos imágenes de castillos, en varias 7 capas y con distintas fusiones, realzando la luz y el contraste. Las fusiones usadas fueron: normal, aclarar, superponer, luz focal, exclusión, luz fuerte y luz suave.

Luego en diversas posiciones coloque los tres murciélagos, y en diferentes escalas, fusionándolos con el fondo.

A un lado del diseño coloqué una de las imágenes de la vampira en dos capas, borrando previamente algo de fondo. Use dos fusiones: superponer y luz fuerte.

La segunda imagen de vampira la dispuse en dos capas, también borrando algo del fondo de la misma y con fusiones luminosidad y aclarar.

La animación la desarrollé totalmente en After Effects, usando efectos de luces y variando las imágenes en su opacidad, haciendo que aparezcan suavemente las capas y se vayan alternando.

A vampire who travels through time, centuries, streets, space and time.

A vampire warrior from medieval times, she fought in the great armies.

Strong, fast, skilled with the sword, her vision was powerful, she could smell the enemy from miles away. Her senses were powerfully developed.

Until one night something took hold of her blood, she would never be the same.

Inside, she felt evil coursing through her veins, but as a good fighter, she was able to overcome that dark side, although she could no longer see the sunlight.

Her body begged for blood, it begged for it day after day, but it would only feed on justice, crossing the ages and judging the wickedness of souls.

Now she walks the nights through the dark streets, her swords are her fangs, which she mercilessly stabs at people who have done wrong.

Avenger of the innocent, she is an atypical vampire, no one can see her, she hides in the shadows, but there are those who say they have seen her eyes splashed with blood from her victims.

Design process

The design consists of 14 layers and 5 images.

The background was created with two images of castles, in several layers and with different fusions, enhancing the light and contrast. The fusions used were: normal, lighten, superimpose, focal light, exclusion, strong light and soft light.

Then in different positions I placed the three bats, and in different scales, merging them with the background.

On one side of the design I placed one of the vampire images in two layers, previously erasing some of the background. I used two blends: overlay and strong light.

The second image of the vampire I placed in two layers, also erasing some of the background and with light and lighten blends.

The animation was developed entirely in After Effects, using light effects and varying the opacity of the images, making the layers appear smoothly and alternating them.
