Healthy Living Tips ~ Personal Experience
In 2018 I was healthy due to my age and my parents were happy too by seeing me healthy. But after 1 year I started to lose weight and then my weight turned 36 KG and it was very low. I could not find any way to recover my health. I got very upset because I didn’t like being skinny and I have seen many body shaming so, yeah I didn’t want to feel insecure about my body. No matter how much I eat it would not work even if I eat something whenever I can. My mom would also, get mad at me for not eating much because my taste was gone.
Then in 2023 on November I have changed my life. I got appointed to a doctor she advised me to walk 15 minutes in the sun everyday and gave me few medicines for before and after meal and also a multi vitamin. I changed my routine of sleep time. I started to sleep at a similar time and also wake up at a similar time in the morning and I started to feel better than before. Before I had the habit of going to bed at random times and over sleeping in the day time. But after getting these things in balance it has changed my mood and I have more positive feelings.
Somehow after managing everything in time my health started to improve in 2024 on February I saw my weight is 43 KG now. I got surprised I knew my weight was increasing during the process but I didn’t expect this much. I think this is a lot for me because at first it was not increasing at all. Last time when I went to doctor she said I am underweight and she helped me out with those medicines which I have to have in time.
Here I am with some lesser-known health tips. I hope this helps someone like me who is trying to stay healthy.
1 - First thing you have To drink more water & have less sugar.
2 - Eat fresh foods such as fruits and vegetables.
3 - Try to have a walk everyday and run.
4 - Be with the people who are active and healthy it will inspire you too.
5 - Talk about positive stuffs and have thoughts of positive things.
6 - Use a tongue scraper and it will help you to remove bacteria and toxins.
7 - Stay barefoot on natural surfaces like grass or mud it will relax your feet it will also feel like you are connected with earth and improve sleeping.
8 - Shower with cold water instead of hot water. Because cold water may improve mood and make you stress free.
9 - Start fasting for few days it will help you to improve your health even I fast during Ramadan it’s a special month for the Muslims and we fast during this time.
10 - Apply oil to your head it will relax your head and have a sound sleep.
I don’t know if above all of these tips would help you or not but it has actually helped me to gain weight and I am hoping to gain more weight in next few months. I don’t think so that staying skinny is a bad thing but I actually don’t like being skinny, I just want to stay healthy and when you are healthy you can be happy but if I am not healthy at all then how can I stay happy? Life is very long and there are enough time for everyone to have a chance to change themselves. If one does not want to change themselves then there is no need to bully them. I think everyone is beautiful in their own way.

#7 tip is divine. do not be afraid to feel the earth. enjoy nature and be connected.
I don't think so tip number 9 is common because only those who are religious they would only prefer to apply it other people don't get the point of fasting.
Hehe. You have shared all the things doctor prescribed you😅. That's good and worked for you. Doesn't matter those work for anyone or not, those are healthy habit.
Yeah, healthy habits I don't know how long I can maintain this routine hehe. Because I am very lazy 😮💨
