Vivid Nightmare
I have always faced nightmares whenever I am having a good dream somehow in the end it becomes scary. If I am happy for a moment in the other moment I am running from fear.
I have faced sleeping paralysis where I can’t move but I can see everything clearly inside my room. I can feel someone holding me from the back while I am facing left or right corner of the bed.

Let’s start with the vivid nightmare which was really real for me but it wasn’t!
At first I found myself at a hospital where my father was on the bed, he was very sick that’s what I remembered and I had admitted him with the help of my friends. I wanted to go back home to have some food then on the way of home I was hearing some voices they were talking about some kind of rituals. I heard “you didn’t complete your rituals yet. Your father being hospitalised is your fault. You have caused him to be here because you didn’t complete the rituals.”
Out of nowhere I was in a jungle and fog appeared besides there was a cave. I saw it was very dark inside that cave and I didn’t dare to go there but then suddenly a flying weird looking spirit came and it scared me and it started to tell me that I have to complete the rituals which I had left incomplete last time otherwise my father is gonna die. I was scared and worried about my father the negative aura was making me anxious I tried to run then the spirit again came in-front of me out of nowhere and gave me some visuals of some people who didn’t listen and tried to run away. They were killed brutally and the blood was everywhere. In the jungle trees were bloody and from the cave Demon was making some weird noises and I couldn’t see it’s face but I knew that he was the one who wanted me to complete the rituals. After that a suddenly I am in the hospital again and I saw few people came at hospital and I was hiding in the corner and saw them taking the bed where my father was resting. No one was stopping them, nurses didn’t seem to notice and I was expecting someone to come and help me out of this situation then I followed them, they took my father in the previous jungle I was in and then I saw other family members of mine hanging on the tree, the demon started to laugh in a evil way and said “you don’t want to complete the rituals then your parents must die” then they killed my parents in-front of me. I was crying and begging them repeatedly to rewind the time and gave my words that by saying “I would complete the rituals but please spare my parents.”
When I agreed that demon had rewinded the time and the demon was screaming in the cave and making weird noises which kinda sounded like chanting. In my mind I was thinking of satan at that moment and I don’t know why I thought it must be his voice.
I had returned in the hospital then I saw my father again on the bed sleeping peacefully and I was relieved. Again that flying spirit appeared and asked me to do the rituals properly this time and they have their eyes on me all of the time.
Somehow I woke up from the dream then I had realised that I was dreaming. Suddenly I remember that I had the same dream few months ago and I was asked to do some rituals in order to protect my family and I had competed the half of the rituals and the other half I was about to complete in this dream but I woke up before that.
After that I walked out from my bed and I was looking for my parents. Because I was missing them and tell them what I saw in my dreams. While searching for them in other rooms I found my father in kitchen but then I saw my father talking with my grandmother. Then I saw her going somewhere and felt suspicious about her so I decided to follow her and saw her talking with a young guy on the phone. I found it really weird the way she was talking with the guy and later on I left. After a while got into my fathers room and I locked the door so that I can talk with him secretly. I was telling him that I saw his mother behaving weirdly and suddenly the door opened and I saw my grandmother was lurking and heard our conversation. I saw her being aggressive then she blabbered some words as if she was cursing and chanting.
I was getting scared and then suddenly my father started to cough and choke after that I took him to my mother and saw my mother was also feeling sick as well she was sitting on the floor and choking.
My father started to vomit blood and it was nonstop like I could clearly hear water falling sound from his mouth. Then I saw my mother also started to vomit gutter dust it was non stop. Everything was happening before my eyes and I couldn’t take it. My heart was pounding soo fast because I felt helpless that I couldn’t help my parents they were suffocating. Besides that I saw my mother getting invisible but still I could see her vomiting in the air and feel her presence on the spot. The floor was flooded with blood and vomit. I had realised that my grandmother cursed my parents that’s why they were in pain. I was feeling guilty that she might have cursed them because I was sneaking on her.
Suddenly I woke up again and this time I was in the reality before that I was dreaming in another dream and everything felt so real. When I woke up I was sweating a lot and my body was soo weak felt like I was struggling a lot and all of my strength is gone. I was feeling anxious and sad that something bad might happen in real. The reason I saw my father at hospital that might be because in February 2023, my father was hospitalised he had major operation after that he was sick for few months and I was too much stressed at that time. I don’t know about the ritual thing why I had a dream about it. I am a muslim and we are never supposed to do any kind of rituals. But still I had this type of dream. Everything felt so real that I get goosebumps whenever I think of it.

That was terrifying to read. I can't imagine how it feels to have such vivid nightmares. I usually don't remember my dreams, and when I do it's just some weird stuff.

At first I thought it was just nightmares but it’s been like 4 years and continuously I am having those creepy nightmares, I have more to share but it’s gonna take forever 😅. Because there are also many real life incidents!

The dream was horrible. I don't want to imagine such kind of situation. I can understand that you were heartbroken even after woke up. Because there is no difference between reality and dream when it's about experience. The only difference is we can understand that it was a dream after waking up but the feelings of the dream are real feelings.

I think it's good that you kind of analyzed it at the end to figure out where these thoughts came from. I think dreams are from things that we were thinking about sometime in the past. I can almost always figure out what my dreams are about if I think about what I have done or seen or read recently.
