Why I have left my team?

Hello gamers, it’s me Haya. Currently playing PUBG Mobile it’s a realistic battleground game. I am an Esports athlete and I was in an Esports team which is “Fire Storm Esports” in short “FS ES”. In this line up there are 6 players including me. 4 are the main players which also includes me and the other 2 substitute player. I had to leave my team for a tragic turn.

In Bangladesh girl gamers are not that much appreciated by the boys and also girls because they envy on each other. It’s hard to survive in this community with such mentality. As for boy gamers they bear the thought that a girl don’t have any skills or IQ for strategies.
I have always played in boys team with the boys . I have faced many issues for playing with them such as they keep their all focus on me and they expect me to give the best always. But I am not a robot but a human being and I can make mistakes, I barely made mistakes like 1/10 matches. They made mistakes in every single match and won’t argument with each other. Whenever I have done one mistake they are just gonna give me personal attacks saying that a girl actually can’t play or compete with the boys. It was very disrespectful and unfair for me. They would just gang up against me.

I have always played my best In unofficial tournaments we have to qualify every round in order to reach semi final stage it’s a hard competition. But for T1 players they are directly invited to the finals because they have played official tournaments. So in first, second , third and fourth round there are 2 matches each round you have to get qualified in top 16 teams. In semi final they take top 8 teams and in finale top 4 teams. So we have to struggle a lot to get to the finale stage.

I am always trying to keep my stats up, most eliminations in the team is mine. I have been highlighted on the live stream poster because of being a top fragger in the whole tournament between the boys team. I was the one carried my team during this tournament and many other tournaments because I could survive for a long time to get points and solo surviving is hard to get eliminations for our team but still I would have managed position and elimination point. During this tournament I got appreciation from opponent team which I had eliminated and their coach is the one who had appreciated me. They are the Winner of PMNC and I was honoured that they liked my gameplay but my team mates were not happy.

Our team was in top 2 in semi finale, my team was not happy because I was the one carried them on this stage. My team mates got eliminated early by their own fault. They were jealous of me being praised and playing my best. I expected them to be happy that our team was qualified in semi finale with a good position. In finale match they decided not to let me play. They said that because of me they could lose the chance of winning the tournament or have a good placement. They said I could bring down the team. I had many hopes to play in the finale stage but I was ditched they had replaced me someone else played. My fans and friends were waiting to see my gameplay in the finals but they were upset when they saw I was not playing. I was upset but happy for my team I also had doubted my skills because of my mates. I thought they would be better off without me.

They didn’t win the tournament and got the placement of #9 they had problem in their game-play but they blamed me that I was the problem. Still after few days there were many tournaments we had qualified to the semi finale stage and they would not let me even play the semi finals. I was only allowed to play when someone is missing from the team. At last I had to leave the team because it was hampering my gameplay. I can’t stay without playing because hands get numb and it’s hard for me to play good without playing continuously. I had to look for my best because they didn’t value my performance.

I want to share some of my clutch clips with you guys. I am always trying to do 1vs4 but somehow the last player is always missing or gets eliminated by someone else. So I have the clips of 1vs3 hope you guys enjoy.

Here first I heard sound from the next building so I used grenade to check if there was any opponent and surprisingly I knocked one player then my team mate was in another building infront me , I rushed to help him because there were two opponents in his building and he needed help. He was knocked out,
I was playing with some other name because it was not my account and I was giving tryout and I was not supposed to reveal my identity in order to play with them. So they had provided me a account to play and see my gameplay. You are gonna see me play with different names in next few clips because I was looking for a team and giving try outs. Later on this team had rejected me without giving any valid reason.

In this match all of my teammates got eliminated very fast after landing because this place is hotdrop. I had to survive alone in silence and get some points for the team. Without letting opponent know about my presence first I knocked finished one
then wait for the 2nd one to let his guards off then I had also eliminated him. At last I heard someone up healing so I rushed to have him without any delay and with quick reflex I got the full team eliminated. This time I had rejected this team because they had to synergy and it won’t be beneficial for me to join a team like this.

Tips & Tricks

The tricks I use that always aiming for the head in order to knock the opponent really fast. It’s easy for me to aim and hit on the head because I know how to control the accuracy of the weapon. In PUBG Mobile there is high recoil and not everyone can control this recoil of the weapons. Every weapon has different sensitivity recoil. In order to have perfect aim like this I must train everyday. I can play any role such as entry, fragger, flanker, sniper, IGL, support, filter. I am confident of my capabilities. I am always training for 1-2hour at least. Being a professional esports athlete is hard because I have to play all day long from 12 pm to 12 am only 15 minutes gap after per match. I have been playing since 2018 never took salary , only in my previous team I took salary otherwise I have always played for free because I am a girl and it’s hard for me to get into boys team. They won’t require a girl in team with salary or any benefits they would just suggest girls to play in girls lobby. I have played for free because I didn’t care about the money I just wanted to achieve my aim to be the best girl gamer in Bangladesh and represent my country and prove that girls can also compete hardly.
