Bitcoin Pizza Day en Maracaibo: Pizza, diversión y reflexiones

Saludos, Hivers del mundo. Hoy les traeré mi experiencia del día de ayer, y muchas de las fotos que tomé durante el #BitcoinPizzaDay celebrado en la ciudad de Maracaibo. Asistí al evento con mis amigos de Fortis, mi club de calistenia. Normalmente realizamos ejercicios en el parque más importante de la ciudad de Maracaibo, el parque Vereda del Lago. Pero ayer hicimos algo diferente a entrenar. Me divertí mucho. Gracias a #HIVE. Comimos pizza en celebración de aquel 22 de mayo, cuando se compró la pizza más cara del mundo (si lo miras basado en el precio de hoy).

El día 22 de mayo de hace 14 años se realizó la compra de 2 pizzas por 10000 BTCs. Un caballero, en Estados Unidos, pensó en hacer una compra con una moneda digital, en ese momento no se sabía para nada el valor que podría llegar a tener BTC, y la marca que dejaría dicha compra para la historia. Fué a una pizzería, preguntó si aceptaban bitcoins, y compró dos pizzas familiares. Que locura.

Gracias a eso se celebró el día de ayer un evento impactante para mi, ya que es la primera vez que comparto este día con otros, y me resulta algo chistoso. Qué iba a saber ese sujeto de lo valioso que iba a ser el bitcoin hoy en día. ¿Estará arrepentido? Cosas así pasan a diario sin que nos demos cuenta, por eso debemos reflexionar en qué tan maleable es el mundo, cómo las diferentes cosas que tenemos puedan ser tan valiosas en el futuro, cómo las oportunidades nos llevan de una cosa a otra. Hive es una valiosa oportunidad para mí, ¿llegará a valer mucho en el futuro? Supongo que nadie lo sabe, esperemos que sí. Mientras comemos pizza.

Ayer fué increíble, me fuí caminando al centro comercial con los muchachos, de camino tomé muchísimas fotos. Hablé mucho, y jugué videojuegos ya que el sitio es un local de videojuegos claramente. Jugué en un simulador de autos, y me quedé jugando en el celular. Comí pizza en el evento organizado en arena panther por (@arlettemsalase), #HIVE y otros patrocinadores, quienes nos dieron una charla sobre algunos protocolos cripto.

Fué un día increíble, comer pizza es lo mejor, y más si es con (@fortisw), mi club que ahora renovado, emprende un nuevo camino en la Blockchain. Espero que les haya gustado mi post y ojalá hayan tenido una linda experiencia el día de ayer, en algún lugar del mundo. #HivePizzaParty.

Greetings, Hivers of the world. Today I will bring you my experience yesterday, and many of the photos I took during the #BitcoinPizzaDay held in the city of Maracaibo. I attended the event with my friends from Fortis, my calisthenics club. We usually work out in the most important park in the city of Maracaibo, Vereda del Lago park. But yesterday we did something different than training. I had a lot of fun. Thanks to #HIVE. We ate pizza in celebration of that May 22, when the most expensive pizza in the world was bought (if you look at it based on today's price).

On May 22nd 14 years ago, the purchase of 2 pizzas for 10000 BTCs was made. A gentleman, in the United States, thought of making a purchase with a digital currency, at that time it was not known at all the value that BTC could become, and the mark that such a purchase would leave for history. He went to a pizza restaurant, asked if they accepted bitcoins, and bought two family pizzas. What a crazy thing to do.

Thanks to that, yesterday was a shocking event for me, since it is the first time I share this day with others, and I find it kind of funny. What could that guy have known about how valuable bitcoin was going to be today. Is he regretting it? Things like this happen every day without us realizing it, so we should reflect on how malleable the world is, how the different things we have can be so valuable in the future, how opportunities lead us from one thing to another. Hive is a valuable opportunity for me, will it become worth much in the future? I guess no one knows, let's hope so. While we eat pizza.

Yesterday was amazing, I walked to the mall with the guys, took lots and lots of pictures on the way. I talked a lot, and played video games since the place is clearly a video game place. I played on a car simulator, and stayed playing on my cell phone. I ate pizza at the event hosted at arena panther by (@arlettemsalase), #HIVE and other sponsors, who gave us a talk on some crypto protocols.

It was an amazing day, eating pizza is the best, and more if it's with (@fortisw), my club that now renewed, undertakes a new path in Blockchain. I hope you liked my post and I hope you had a nice experience yesterday, somewhere in the world. #HivePizzaParty.
