Warm greetings to everyone!

Money is an important resource on Earth especially when it involves meeting needs and wants or hiring services. Without money, there's only so much you can do. Even the wisest man who ever lived siad that money answers all things. Some others claim that money makes the world go round. Whichever way it is, clearly the emphasis is on money and its importance.

In as much as money is important, it is only a tool, a vehicle, a means to an end. It is not all in all neither is money Alpha and Omega. It is simply a tool and should not be loved or worshipped. Some persons claim that money is a spirit ( spirit here refers to an intoxicant) because it has the ability to drive a person insane.

Many individuals have done despicable things all in the name of money, simply to acquire it. Some have killed, manipulated , robbed and committed fraud, all in a bid to acquire money. Even amongst family memebers and close kin, rivalry over money issues exist. While it is quite sad, it is what goes on all around us.

Money has the ability to intoxicate and control a person’s attitude. A person might seem responsible, humble and kind when he or she lacks money but let that same individual come in contact with money, lots of it and you will witness his or her true nature.

I heard the story of a man who was poor. He worked as a bricklayer while his wife was a good vendor. They both seemed happy and content in their state, hoping for when things would improve for them. A time came and fortune smiled on this man. He got a good job in an oil company and was even given an official car to go with the job.

Soon, this man stopped coming home sometimes for days and when he did, he would nag the wife to no end. He began to dislike everything she did. When she served him food, he complained that there's little meat. Finally after working for two years and gaining momentum, he drove the woman out of his house publicly, denying her access to her children and that was it.

From the story above, we can all understand that money has influence enough to alter a person's attitude or rather it has the power to **reveal the real you.

Can you do crazy stuff for money?

I'm aware that people do crazy stuff for money like removing their undergarments in public, kissing a random fellow in public, walking nude in front of a camera and much more but as for me, I cannot do anything crazy for any amount. I believe in posterity and I wouldn't want my children or grandchildren to come across an absurd content with me in it. The internet does not forget.

Limits to cross for money.

I would rather stay, work and earn a good sum for my sustenance than cross boundaries for money. Money is no one's friend but it is happy to be a master if given full reign. Money is a tool and not a lover not something to be worshipped.

This was really insightful.
Making Money, no doubt should he placed on high esteem because most of the challenges and problems we have and face are what could easily be solved with money, however, going extra mile even against your own limits to attain them is something I don't really feel comfortable about.
Truth be told, most of the money obtained this way ends up becoming our source of discomfort... What's then the need of making money If you've traded it with the peace of your mind

Abi ooo my brother but sadly not many understand this simple logic

Even the money we are chasing on Earth here will remain on Earth. We won't take a dime of it to the grave not to heaven. So why should I go against my morals,values and core beliefs all for money sake.... mtchewww!

I remember hearing of a lady that her husband almost did same with her, she went to his work place and demanded that they sack him because of how bad he had changed. After he was sacked, she said she rather live happy and peacefully with him without money, than have all the money in the world with peace of mind

Money, this means of tender has really made a lot of people to do crazy things like you said. It is good to have it, if possible in abundance but never to be loved more than life. It is just for protection, confidence and to be spent to care for our needs, it is good to put it in the right place . Nice write. How are you, Babe

Money is no one's friend but it is happy to be a master if given full reign

This got me thinking. It makes a lot of sense because everything goes well with our lives as long as we know who we are and we don't get carried away by the amount of money we have. And it could go in both ways, either we have little and we get to the point of causing harm to get more, or we have a lot and we believe that because we have a lot of money we are better than other people and we treat them badly.
