Cheesecake with banana jam 🍩🍰 (Eng - Esp)
Greetings food lover friends, I wish you an excellent day, I am happy to share the elaboration of my first Cheesecake which will be my entry for the Qurator's: Hive Top Chef; in previous years I used to eat cheesecake with my friend at least three times a month, a food franchise offered these delicious cakes, which could be accompanied with ice cream or sirop, with the arrival of the pandemic there were changes in the mall and the food place incorporated a new menu, now the cakes are only sold one day a week and in small quantity, also they run out fast.
When I read the topic of the contest I thought it was an excellent opportunity to prepare the cake I like, without wasting time I contacted a pastry friend and she explained to me the simplest recipe she knows, I wrote down the recipe and got down to work.
Saludos amigos amantes de la comida, les deseo un excelente día, me siento feliz de compartir la elaboración de mi primer Cheesecake que será mi entrada para el Qurator's: Hive Top Chef; en años anteriores solía comer torta de queso con mi amiga al menos tres veces al mes, una franquicia de comida ofrecía estas deliciosas tortas, que se podían acompañar con helado o sirop, con la llegada de la pandemia hubo cambios en el centro comercial y el local de comida incorporó un nuevo menú, ahora las tortas solo se venden un día a la semana y en poca cantidad, además se agotan rápido.
Al leer el tema del concurso pensé que era una excelente oportunidad para preparar la torta que me gusta, sin perder tiempo me comuniqué con una amiga repostera y me explicó la receta más sencilla que ella conoce, anotada la receta me puse manos a la obra.
INGREDIENTS
Hard white cheese (180 gr)
Wheat flour (40 gr)
Sugar (250 gr)
Eggs (3)
INGREDIENTES
Queso blanco duro (180 gr)
Harina de trigo (40 gr)
Azúcar (250 gr)
Huevo (3)
PROCEDURE
The preparation of the cake is simple and requires few ingredients, I started by separating the yolk and white of the egg, I also grated the cheese.
PROCEDIMIENTO
La preparación de la torta es sencilla y requiere pocos ingredientes, inicié separando la yema y clara del huevo, también rallé el queso.
Then I beat the egg whites until stiff peaks are reached, then I added the egg yolks and continued beating to integrate very well.
Luego batí las claras de huevo hasta lograr el punto de nieve, seguidamente agregué las yemas y seguí batiendo para integrar muy bien.
To the previous mixture I added the flour, integrated it with the help of the mixer, then added the sugar and beat for approximately ten (10) minutes until a homogeneous mixture was obtained.
A la mezcla anterior añadí la harina, integré con ayuda de la batidora, luego agregué el azúcar y batí por aproximadmamente diez (10) minutos hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
Then I added the cheese, integrated it with the mixer at medium speed, poured the mixture into a previously floured pan and put it in the oven preheated to 180°C.
Luego agregué el queso, integré con la batidora a velocidad media, en una bandeja previamente enharinada vertí la mezcla y llevé al horno precalentado a 180°C.
I baked for forty-five (45) minutes, to check the baking time I inserted a toothpick, when it came out dry I removed the cake, let it cool, then unmolded and added banana jam.
Horneé durante cuarenta y cinco (45) minutos, para verificar la cocción introduje un palillo, al salir seco retiré la torta, dejé enfriar, luego desmoldé y agregué mermelada de banana.
I love the combination of cheese and banana, they create a flavor with the perfect touch of sweet and salty, the cake was delicious, my little companion was anxious to try it but sleep overcame him, the next day he got up very early for his portion of cake and he loved it.
La combinación de queso con banana me encanta, crean un sabor con el toque perfecto de dulce y salado, la torta quedó deliciosa, mi pequeño acompañante estaba ansioso por probar pero lo venció el sueño, el día siguiente se levantó muy temprano por su ración de torta y le encantó.
