Hello friends plant-based food lovers, I wish you a happy Wednesday in union with your loved ones and God's blessing abound in your homes, today I share with you a #recipe to prepare a delicious salad with cilantro and parsley; salads are an important source of vitamins and minerals, in them you can combine the vegetables of our preference, they are also simple to prepare and are consumed raw or cooked, there are even cold salads, they have a great variety for all tastes; they are ideal for breakfast or dinner served with toast or cassava; they are also a great option to accompany lunch.

Hola amigos amantes de la comida a base de plantas, les deseo un feliz miércoles en unión de sus seres queridos y la bendición de Dios abunde en sus hogares, hoy comparto con ustedes una #receta para preparar una deliciosa ensalada con cilantro y perejil; las ensaladas son una fuente importante de vitaminas minerales, en ellas se pueden combinar los vegetales de nuestra preferencia, además son sencillas de preparar y se consumen crudas o cocidas, incluso hay ensaladas frías, tienen una gran gran variedad para todos los gustos; son ideales para el desayuno o cena servidas con pan tostado o casabe; son también una gran opción para acompañar el almuerzo.

Onion (1/2)
Parsley (2 sprigs)
Cilantro (2 sprigs)
Lettuce (3 leaves)
Cabbage (60 gr)
Cucumber (1)
Lemon (1/2)
Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
Potato (1)
Vinegar
INGREDIENTES
Tomate (1)
Cebolla (1/2)
Perejil (2 ramas)
Cilantro (2 ramas)
Lechuga (3 hojas)
Repollo (60 gr)
Pepino (1)
Limón (1/2 )
Aceite de oliva (1 cuchara)
Papa (1)
Vinagre
PREPARATION
I started by washing the vegetables with water and vinegar, removed the seeds, shells and cut into cubes, I also cut the chives, cilantro and parsley.
PREPARACIÓN
Inicié lavando los vegetales con agua y vinagre, retiré las semillas, conchas y corté en cubos, también corté el cebollín, cilantro y perejil.
Previously washed, I cut the potatoes into cubes and cooked for 10 minutes until tender, removed and set aside, I also cut the cabbage and cooked in boiling water for 5 minutes, strained and set aside.
Previo lavado, corté la papa en cubos y cociné durante 10 minutos hasta ablandar, retiré y reservé, también corté el repollo y cociné en agua hirviendo por 5 minutos, colé y reservé.
I soaked the lettuce in water and vinegar for 12 minutes to extract the gas-producing component, then cut into strips.
Remojé la lechuga con agua y vinagre durante 12 minutos para extraer el componente que produce gases , luego corté en tiras.
To prepare the vinaigrette I squeezed half a lemon, then added one tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of oil and mixed.
Para preparar la vinagreta exprimí medio limón, luego agregué una cuchara, de vinagre, una de aceite y mezclé.
Once the vegetables were cooked and cut, I added the lettuce, cabbage, parsley, cilantro and chives in a bowl, mixed and added the tomato, onion and cucumber.
Ya cocidos y cortados los vegetales, agregué en una taza la lechuga, repollo, perejil, cilantro y cebollín, mezclé y añadí el tomate cebolla y pepino.
Then I added the potato, salt to taste, the vinaigrette and mixed with a wooden paddle.
Luego agregué la papa, sal al gusto, la vinagreta y mezclé con una paleta de madera.
I served and ready! A delicious salad to enjoy for dinner or breakfast, with the ingredients mentioned above I obtained two servings.
Serví y listo! una deliciosa ensalada para disfrutar la cena o desayuno, con los ingredientes mencionados obtuve dos porciones.
