Bu yarışmada sizinle birlikte birkaç derecelendirme ölçeğine göre yazımı yazacağım. Bunlar ise;

• Yemeğin lezzeti
• Yemeğin fiyatı
• Mekânın iç dizaynı
• Garsonların yaklaşımı
• Müşteri memnuniyeti

Çok eski olmasa da aylar öncesinden bir yemek olduğu için ki söylemeliyim bunu bulmakta oldukça zorlandım, çok fazla ekleyebileceğim fotoğrafa sahip değilim.

Yemeğin Lezzeti 8/10

Aklımızda bir kızartma tabağı yemekten çok bira içmek vardı. Ne yazık ki bulunduğum ilçede, özellikle de sahil kenarında bunu yapabileceğimiz sayılı mekân bulunuyor. En son 2 ay kadar önce gittiğim bu mekânın adı "Epsus" ama ben sürekli Ephesus diyorum. Sebebini Yunan Mitolojisi bilenler bence anlar.

Normalde Bomonti Filtresiz yerine Bud tercih ediyorum. Herkesin kendi zevki vardır. Bende alkolü arkadaşlarımla sohbet ederken tüketmeyi seviyorum. Biraz da alkolün fiyatından da kaynaklı olabilir.

Filtresiz bir Bomonti'nin bence yanına gidebilecek en iyi şey bir kızartma tabağıdır.

Bir de bir tavsiye vereyim. Bomonti şişelerinin arkasında nasıl tüketilmesi gerektiğine dair yönlendirmeler bulunuyor. Bunları yapın. Emin olun tadı çok daha güzel oluyor.

Kızartma tabağı, bira ile birlikte oldukça lezzetliydi. Sadece içerisinde bulunan sigara böğreğine pek bir anlam veremedim çünkü patates, sosis, soğan halkasının yanında alakasız olmuş. Tadı da güzel değildi bence. Onun dışında her şey sıcak olduğundan dolayı çıtır çıtır ve klasik beklenilen bir kızartma tadına sahipti.

Yemeğin Fiyatı 4/10

Silivri'de kafe sahipleri marka kent adı altında bence hiç hak etmediği fiyatlara ürün veriyor. Enflasyon sebebi ile anlaşılabilecek birkaç fiyat varken onlar ne yazık ki absürd bir fiyat belirleyerek kârlarını artırmanın peşinde ki tanıdık bir kafe sahibi bunu da "itiraf" etti.

Neyse.

1 şişe biraya 140 TL, yani iki şişe için 280 TL ve bira tabağına 300 TL verdik. Toplamda 580 TL ödeyerek buradan ayrıldık. Bence çok fazla. Gerçekten de çok fazla.

Keşke başka seçeneğimiz olsa da buraya gelmesek dedirttiriyor bu fiyatlar bana açıkçası.

Hatta birkaç dakika önce menüyü tekrar kontrol edince bira tabağına 50 ve biraya 10 TL zam gelmiş... Menüyü eklemek isterdim fakat PDF versiyonu dışında başka bir versiyon yok.

Mekânın İç Dizaynı 6/10

Mekân olabilecek en basit ve karanlık yerlerden biri. Kafe hem iç hem de dış oturma alanlarına sahip fakat iskele üzerinde olması dış mekânı kışın kullanılmaz hâle getiriyor.

Açıkçası sandalyeler biraz rahatsız. Dümdüz tahta sandalyeler. Ayrıca sandalyelerin kolları da var ve istediğiniz gibi oturmak biraz zor. Bunun dışında alt ve üst kat olarak sadece kot farkı ile ayrılıyor ama bu içkiyi biraz fazla kaçırmış insanlar için yaralanma anlamına geliyor.

Gittiğimizde hava oldukça kapalıydı. Kış olduğunu göz önünde bulundurursak bence normal bir durum ama ne yazık ki denize bakan kısım haricinde kafeyi aydınlatan düzgün bir cihaz ya da ışık bulunmuyor. Deniz olmasa o kafenin çok basık hissettireceğine eminim.

Bir de ne yazık ki kafenin tuvaletine iç kısımdan ulaşım yok. Gitmek için kışın kar yağarken dışarı çıkıp dolu ise soğukta sıra beklemeniz gerekiyor.

Girebildiğinizde ise sizi çok da temiz olmayan bir ortam karşılıyor. Ne yazık ki...

Garsonların Yaklaşımı 4/10

Birlikte gittiğim dostumun tanıdığı olmasa ki bazen onun mesai saatine denk gelemiyoruz 15 dakikadan önce siz çağırsanız dahi sizin yanınıza gelen yok. Görmediklerinden veya çok yoğun olduklarından dolayı değil elbette.

Mekânda genellikle bizim gittiğimiz saatlerde kimse olmaz. Akşam 8 civarından bahsediyorum. Gelenler de canlı müzik varken gelirler. Bir bira için katlandığımız şeye bakar mısınız? 😂

Gülümseme veya müşteriyi memnun etme durumlarından bahsetmiyorum ki şu zamana kadar ki kullandığım kelimelerden bence ne kadar ilgisiz oldukları belli oluyordur.

Müşteri Memnuniyeti 5/10

İşletme tarafından biz müşterilere karşı "müşteri memnuniyeti" hakkında hiçbir çalışma veya özen bulunmuyor. Temiz olmasalar veya deniz olmasa kesinlikle gidilecek bir mekân da değil açık konuşmak gerekirse.

Orada, benim deneyimimle, beni tatmin eden tek şey oturup dostumla birlikte bir şeyler içerek sohbet edebilmekti. Açılan müzikler dinlenilecek gibi değil, garsonlar ilgisiz, fiyatlar çok pahalı. "Peki, ben neden gidiyorum oraya?" diye soruyorum bazen kendime.

Genel 6/10

Sanırım genel olarak bahsetmem gereken her şey hakkında bahsettim. Epsus isimli kafeye bence en fazla verilebilecek "puan" 6/10. Bununla dahi cömert davrandığımı söyleyebilirim sanırım.

In this contest, I will write my entry with you according to several rating scales. These are;

• The taste of the food
• The price of the food
• Interior design of the place
• The approach of the waiters
• Customer satisfaction

I don't have many photos to add, as it is a dish from months ago, although not very old, and I have to say that I had a hard time finding it.

The Taste of the Food: 8/10

We had more in mind to drink beer than to eat a plate of fries. Unfortunately, there are only a few places where we can do this in my district, especially on the coast. The last place we went to about 2 months ago was called "Epsus," but I always call it Ephesus. I think those who know Greek mythology will understand why.

I normally prefer Bud instead of Bomonti Unfiltered; everyone has their own taste. I like to drink alcohol while chatting with my friends. It may also be due to the price of alcohol.

I think the best thing to go with an unfiltered Bomonti is a plate of fries.

Let me also give you a piece of advice. There are instructions on the back of Bomonti bottles on how to consume them. Do that. You can be sure that it tastes much better.

The plate of fries with beer was quite delicious. I couldn't make sense of the pastry in the dish because it was irrelevant next to the potatoes, sausage, and onion rings. I didn't think it tasted good either. Apart from that, since everything was hot, it was crispy and had a classic, expected fry taste.

The Price of the Food: 4/10

Café owners in Silivri, under the name of Brand City, offer products at prices that I think they do not deserve. While there are a few prices that can be understood due to inflation, they unfortunately seek to increase their profits by setting an absurd price, which a familiar café owner "confessed".

Anyway.

We paid 140 TL (4.33 USD) for 1 bottle of beer, i.e., 280 TL (8.65 USD) for two bottles and 300 TL (9.27 USD) for the beer plate. In total, we left here paying 580 TL (17.93 USD). I think it's too much. It really is too much.

Honestly, these prices make me wish we had other options and not come here.

In fact, when I checked the menu again a few minutes ago, the beer plate was increased by 50 (1.55 USD) and the beer by 10 TL (0.31 USD). I would like to add the menu, but there is no other version other than the PDF version.

Interior Design of the Place: 6/10

The place is one of the simplest and darkest places possible. The café has both indoor and outdoor seating areas, but being on the pier makes the outdoor area unusable in winter.

Frankly, the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. Flat wooden chairs. Also, the chairs have arms, and it is a bit difficult to sit as you want. Apart from that, the upper and lower floors are separated only by a difference in elevation, but this means injury for people who have had a little too much to drink.

The weather was quite overcast when we went. Considering that it was winter, I think it is a normal situation, but unfortunately, there is no proper device or light that illuminates the café except for the part facing the sea. If there was no sea, I am sure that café would feel very depressed.

Also, unfortunately, there is no access to the café toilet from the inside. To go, you have to go out in the winter when it is snowing and wait in line in the cold if it is full.

When you can get in, you are greeted by an environment that is not very clean. Unfortunately…

The Approach of the Waiters: 4/10

If my friend I go with does not have any contacts, sometimes we cannot match his working hours; even if you ask for more than 15 minutes before you call, no one comes to you. Not because they don't see you or because they are too busy, of course.

There is usually no one in the place at the time we go. I'm talking about around 8 p.m. Those who do come usually come when there's live music. Would you look at what we put up with for a beer? 😂

I'm not talking about smiling or pleasing the customer, and I think it's obvious from the words I've used so far how indifferent they are.

Customer Satisfaction: 5/10

There is no work or care about "customer satisfaction" by the business towards us customers. If they are not clean or if there is no sea, it is definitely not a place to go, to be honest.

The only thing that satisfied me there, in my experience, was to be able to sit and have a drink and chat with my friend. The music is unlistenable, the waiters are indifferent, and the prices are too expensive. "So why do I go there?" I sometimes ask myself.

In general, 6/10

I think I have talked about everything I need to talk about in general. I think the maximum "score" that can be given to the café named Epsus is 6/10. I guess I can say that I am being generous even with this.
