Hello, people of the Internet, how are you? I am very happy to participate in the new contest of this lovely community. This time I will answer the first question: Based on your own job hunting and work experiences, which do you prefer, working from home as a freelancer, or working outside the home where you get stable monthly pay? Why?
Hola, gente de Internet ¿cómo están? Estoy muy feliz de participar en el nuevo concurso de esta encantadora comunidad. En esta ocasión responderé a la primera pregunta: *En base a tu propia búsqueda de empleo y experiencias laborales, ¿qué prefieres, trabajar desde casa como freelancer o trabajar fuera de casa donde recibes un salario mensual estable? ¿Por qué?
There are several advantages, having a fixed and stable salary is the biggest of them, also learning new things, getting more work experience in your area, gaining friends and being able to go out with them as in my case I have gone out to other places, and although I am not complaining (in fact I deliberately looked for a conventional job) I prefer a FreeLancer job and I will explain why below.
No está mal un trabajo convencional, de hecho, al día de hoy tengo uno, hay varias ventajas, tener un sueldo fijo y estable es el mayor de ellos, también aprender cosas nuevas, obtener más experiencia laboral en tu área, ganar amigos y poder salir con ellos como es mi caso que he salido a otros sitios, y aunque no me quejo (de hecho deliberadamente busqué un trabajo convencional) prefiero un trabajo de FreeLancer y explicaré por qué a continuación.
After trying both options (conventional job and freelancer job) I think I like the second one more, you manage your own time, you can learn new things (in my case I learned to edit videos) besides being your own boss, decide when to start or finish or if you want to work a specific day or not, the disadvantage is that, unless you are at a very high level (for example being an influencer or youtuber) you don't have a stable salary, and therefore there are times when you earn enough money and other times when you don't, nothing. So I think that's the biggest disadvantage and why after the pandemic, I decided to look for a conventional job as a support, because I also wanted to get new things like improving my pc to be able to make gameplays of more demanding games in terms of resources.
Después de probar ambas opciones (trabajo convencional y trabajo de freelancer) creo que el segundo me gusta más, administras tu propio tiempo, puedes aprender cosas nuevas (en mi caso aprendí a editar videos) además de ser tu propio jefe, decidir a que hora iniciar o terminar o si quieres trabajar un día en específico o no, la desventaja es que, a menos que estés a un nivel muy alto (por ejemplo siendo influencer o youtuber) no tienes un sueldo estable, y por tanto hay veces en las que ganas suficiente dinero y otras en las que no, nada. Así que creo que es la mayor desventaja y por la cual luego de la pandemia, decidí buscar un trabajo convencional como apoyo, ya que además quería obtener cosas nuevas como mejorar mi pc para poder hacer gameplays de juegos más exigentes a nivel de recursos.
So in conclusion, I love both my jobs (since in the conventional one I work as a chef and it is my dream profession) although eventually and if my income becomes stable in my freelance job, of course I would stay only with this job since I like it more and it offers more freedom to even do other activities.
Entonces en conclusión, amo mis dos trabajos (ya que en el convencional trabajo de chef y es mi profesión soñada) aunque eventualmente y si mis ingresos se vuelven estables en mi trabajo como freelancer, claro que me quedaría únicamente con este trabajo ya que me gusta más y ofrece más libertad para incluso hacer otras actividades.

My late father was a Sous Chef for a local hotel. I learned far more about cooking than from my Mom who was the main bread winner. My father couldn't sew if his life depended on it but I give him credit for trying to teach me, his own comedy.

We can actually do both, it's a matter of time management. BTW, I guess influencers with millions of followers earn stable income through their blogs and vlogs. In fact, they earn millions too..lucky are those with many followers. You can earn a lot in vlogging and blogging content on social media platforms..
