In the case of a natural disaster, what three things would you grab first?
First of all I'm wishing everyone here a Merry Christmas and a beautiful New Year in advance. In a world where the unexpected can happen at any given time it is very much okay for one to be confused while thinking of what to tag along if any natural disaster do occur. For instance fire in particular. This is something we all pray never to happen but we all can agree that the world doesn't work exactly how we want it to be and so it is important that one is always careful and prepared. But I personally believe that in a disaster like this it will get me dumbfounded to even think of what to grab and in such case while screaming for help the things I will likely grab or tag along will subconsciously come to me without even thinking about it because I understand the value of my properties.
In this case there will be so many things I will want to grab due to the fact that of course I don't want anything to get damage but at the same time if I am to pick only three items out of every single properties that I have in my apartment will be that of what? First of all if I had some kind of a money saving box in the house that would have been the very "Second" thing to come across the mind but since I am the kind of person that don't go with the idea of keeping cash saved in the house the things that will come in mind will be part of whatever is generating money for me and thinking about that I could only come up with grabbing "My box with my school certificates inside, My laptop and My phone" if possible. Y'all need to understand that in situations like this I am not allowed to be accurate on thinking since it is a critical situation trying to get a solution out of it and the very potable items I can tag alone are just the three mentioned above
Picking these things are not just about being dumb because I can easily want to get my freezer or some expensive items out but this also has to do with saving my life first. So trying to think about grabbing the things that I can't carry out alone in such situation might end me up in a bad condition and so this choices I have made picking the few items I can is as well attached to saving my life first. First of all I have worked my whole life trying to get a proper education and all the certificates that have qualified my status and so the very first thing that will come to mind is to get my certificates out and if I can grab my laptop and my phone along side, then I am very much okay with that.
My school certificates
My laptop
My mobile phone
You are right as at the point of the the incident, no one think accurate so picking three things will not be that easy
Exactly my point haha. Merry Christmas ⛄
Wishing you all the best
Enjoy!
All important items to grab out of such situations
Exactly. I believe these choices of mine are more important because every other items that I might lost in the incident can always be replaced. Although my mobile devices can as well be replaced but with the current informations inside, I doubt if I will forget to grab them alongside with my certificates haha. Thanks a lot for your kind response, I am really grateful.
Your thoughtful approach to considering what to grab in the event of a natural disaster is commendable. Prioritizing your school certificates, laptop, and phone shows a clear understanding of what holds immense value both personally and professionally. Your decision-making process emphasizes the importance of crucial items tied to your livelihood and identity. Wishing you safety and continued success! Your preparedness is inspiring and serves as a reminder to us all to be ready for unforeseen circumstances.
Oh yeah. My certificates of so many years of studies are pretty much important. And for my devices, I have so many reliable informations in there but all backed up though haha. Well, we never hope for something bad to happen though but we are also realistic of life in general haha. Thanks Alot for your kind response,. I'm grateful really.
Absolutely, having those certificates and important information backed up is a great practice. It's comforting to know you've taken steps to safeguard those valuable documents and data. While we hope for the best, being prepared for any situation is a wise approach.
Exactly. Thanks Alot @etorobong and Merry Christmas to you and your family.
