Just saw this in the rules of a sub at reddit:

Links: No changed titles - Keine veränderten Titel
Press articles and other links, if available, must be submitted with the original title unchanged. If the title does not exist, a neutral description should be chosen.

The smaller history one wants a little summary as a comment within 30 minutes from publish, so some subs are tricky
