NEW YEAR'S EVE IN SKYRIM

Some of my friends went to wait for the end of the year in the city. Others are out of the country. In the mountains. On islands. Isolated cabins that look ready for a horror show. Some of them have gone pretty far, but I wandered even further.

I'm in Skyrim, a place that every tourist should visit at least once! This opening photograph was taken at sunset.

Here you can see my two best friends: a horse and an oversized rat. The photograph was taken earlier today. The temperature was pretty low but the presence of good friends and the clear blue sky made me feel warmer.

Here you can see how it all started, early in the morning. I met a bunch of cool people in the woods beneath the mountains. Too bad that some of them tried to kill me.

I took this shot on my way to the mountains. It must have been 10 AM, give or take a minute or two.

Flame Atronachs are cool creatures. Pretty dangerous creatures, but definitely cool. Don't let their humanoid appearance fool you, those motherfuckers are less human than reptilian politicians here on Earth.

In this animated GIF, you can see an Atronach perform some cool acrobatics in the air. Just like an ordinary, old-fashioned fire, you may use sometimes in your everyday life, Flame Atronach can be your friend or your enemy, depending on the situation.
The Atronach shown in the GIF, is a friendly Atronach, of course.
I used seven consecutive in-game photographs to create the GIF in Adobe Premiere Pro 2020, in the same way, I create GIFs from normal photographs I take in real life.

At some point, when we reached the sea, my friends and I got caught by a sudden blizzard. Fortunately, a big wooden boat stranded on the frozen rocks wasn't far from there. The rat and I played poker in the space below the deck for an hour or two. But first, we got rid of some dumb, aggressive ghosts that were infesting the boat.
I'm pretty sure that I would run away from any ghost here on Earth, but in Skyrim, I'm much braver ... and better armed.

Yes, I was playing a video game for a couple of hours last night. I didn't play it for years and then I decided to play it specifically for this cool contest that is going on in the "Gaming Photography" community.

I discovered the community a couple of days ago. The concept of the community is brilliant. Being creative while taking screenshots is a new game inside every game - a great idea!

Wow! You are caught in a different dimension early in the morning! The time portal must have been disturbed by all the fireworks going on around the world. These explosive vibes resonated through the invisible magnetic fields around the globe.
Luckily you had good companions with you so the Flame Being has been nice to you. But next time things could be different in Skyrim.

I miss playing Skyrim. I love it when you stealthily loose an arrow on a bandit in a cave and after he gives up on looking for you he walks away saying, "Must've been my imagination!" with the arrow still sticking out of his head.

Of the best games I've played in my life Skyrim, coincidentally, I have 2 weeks playing Oblivion (I had never finished it), after being like 3 hours deciding the race and class of my character I decided on a khajiit ha ha ha, to make the game more difficult I created a kind of monk, only fists, bows and some schools of magic. Now I can't get away from the PC in my free time, happy 2024 my friend @borjan.

Hahahahaha yes, the first steps can be hard in Oblivion if you don't have at least some features of a crude warrior ... but it must be an interesting challenge... maybe I'll try to play it that way one day. Not very soon, that's for sure.

I'm also trying to stay away from the computer when not preparing or publishing the posts here on Hive. Furthermore, I don't know where my Oblivion CDs currently are. They are lost somewhere in the house, I suppose. Or maybe I gave them away. Who knows.

Skyrim is installed so there is a much bigger chance of me playing that game.
This Gaming Photography community got me intrigued, so maybe I'll play a bit to post about my adventures there like they were real.
😂 Is less expensive to stay at home and travel across Skyrim than to drive around and explore my region as I did last year.

Many games look fantastic and I love to enter those fantastic virtual worlds.

I don't play video games often becouse of the other things I do. Usually, I just don't have enough time, but I love good immersive video games more than movies or any other medium.
