Ostatnie dwa dni były dla mnie bardzo męczące, a jednocześnie rozleniwiły mnie jeżeli chodzi o bieganie. Planowałem wcześniej, że w sobotę pobiegam, ale przez cały dzień wymyślałem sobie jakieś zajęcia, żeby odłożyć bieganie na później. Do tego wszystkiego żona zaproponowała wspólne wyjście na spacer do lasu. Ułożyłem sobie w głowie, że z sobotniego biegania nic nie wyjdzie. Kiedy już mieliśmy zbierać się na spacer, żona się rozmyśliła. W związku z tym sam wybrałem się na spacer w stronę Hyon.
*[ENG] The last two days have been very tiring for me and at the same time have made me lazy when it comes to running. I had planned beforehand to go for a run on Saturday, but I kept coming up with activities throughout the day to put off running. On top of all this, my wife suggested going for a walk in the woods together. I worked out in my head that nothing would come of Saturday's run. Just as we were about to get together for the walk, my wife frowned. Consequently, I went for a walk by myself towards Hyon.
Mam nadzieję, że w niedzielę zbiorę się na bieganie, bo starczy tego lenistwa, ciało potrzebuje endorfin i powrotu do treningowej rutyny. W tym miesiącu wyjątkowo trudno zbieram biegowy kilometraż, co prawda treningi są dłuższe, ale jest ich zdecydowanie mniej niż zaplanowałem.
[ENG] I'm hoping to collect myself for a run on Sunday, because enough of this laziness, the body needs endorphins and a return to a workout routine. I'm finding it exceptionally difficult to collect running mileage this month, admittedly the workouts are longer, but there are far fewer than I had planned.
