I have written about the things that are going to contribute to this coming housing crash. And the list is long, and it pretty much guarantees that a suburban house, in a blue state, will be so valueless, that you couldn't give it away.

However, i just saw the first shots in, well probably the 10 shot, in something that will completely destroy housing real estate in blue states/cities.

Blue States to make laws that deny real estate property ownership

They are going to say something like, all these evil corporations who have bought up homes, are keeping people from a place to live, so we are going to deny their ownership. Which snowballs (legal jargon) into many people who have a few rental properties being placed in the same boat.

Kicking someone out of a rental has already become near impossible. At minimum a six month process if everything goes the landlords way and the people just leave. Years if they fight it. So, in these instances, who really owns the property?

After these new laws, it will be like squatters' rights on steroids. Where the person in the building is technically the owner. And this snowballs into people's personal residences. So, you may not own your own home.

Imagine trying to sell a house in such a situation.

Instead of fixing the problem, the govern-cement makes it worse

Many cities have enacted rent controls to try to solve the problem of housing becoming unaffordable. Too bad none of these politicians ever took an economics course (or maybe they have, and they wanted the destruction they caused) and this leads to even less housing available for rent, which makes the problem even worse.

By setting rents artificially low, then landlords do not have the income they need to maintain the property. The property's value drops, from lack of maintenance and lack of buyers who could take over. The govern-cement has basically forced all the problems onto the landlords. And often the landlords are so bad off that they do desperate things, like burn down their own building.

The real problem, not enough housing, in never addressed. And is now made impossible by the city. It started off with zoning, and constricting new construction. And now, the city has made it too expensive to build new housing in every way imaginable.

15 Minute Cities are the Plan

No, the people controlling the govern-cement are not that stupid.

The VAXXX shutdowns were to destroy small businesses.
Governor Nuisance is enacting more laws to make small businesses unprofitable.
San Francisco has basically made looting legal.

And they aren't stopping. New York is doing much the same thing.

Now they plan on going farther, and basically destroy personal ownership of real estate.

After that, they will try to crack down on criminals and move them to special "cities". and/or they will make special "cities" where you can go and have your own jail cell small apartment.

Along with these:

• Demographic collapse
• Boomers leaving 25% of houses empty
• More VAXXXed dying
• Foreclosures hitting the market
• Increased Crime
• Closing stores and restaurants

Now, blue states are going to make ownership questionable.

Prices of suburban housing in blue states will drop to zero.
Everywhere else, they will drop to what people can pay cash for (also gold, silver, bitcoin)
