One of the requirements is that the entry is meant to be posted on 3Speak, but 3Speak is not working for more than a week now.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon, they are working on it.

Greetings friend. Yes, unfortunately it has been down and we hope it will be back soon. In the meantime, we are accepting entries via YouTube. It's not the right thing to do but we can't let the music stop.
