Interesante propuesta la de un concursos de comentarios, apoyaré la propuesta con mi participación.

Tal como lo dice el blog, el agua es uno de nuestros elementos para la vida es nuestro maná energético.

Preferiblemente me gusta el agua templada, ni sumamente fría ni tan a temperatura ambiente.

Usualmente bebo agua natural, es decir, sin algún sabor en específico. Aunque debo admitir que cuando al agua le agrego unas gotas de limón o de naranja sabe excelente, aunque me gusta más tomarla con ese sabor particular cuando estoy haciendo ejercicios. Me da como un rush de energía.

Normalmente suelo usar mi termo de agua ya que la marca "contigo" suele ayudar a preservar temperaturas. Lo recargo unas 4-5 veces por día. Aunque también uso vasos, preferiblemente de vidrio no me gustan mucho los vasos plásticos para ser honesto.
