This week's topic:
Death - What do you think about death? Do you feel uncomfortable talking about it? Do you fear death? Is it taboo to talk about it?

This week's topic is Death I love talking about this because its the beautiful truth that no human can escape.

First question is what do I think about death? well this is the answer I can never give with 100% confirmation. I read a lot about it from the scientific side the religious side and even the atheist side.

They said the scientific side, your body functions shut down entirely your heart stops beating, your breathing stops, and your brain stops functioning as well. But some studies, they said not sure if this is true they said there is still brain activity for several minutes but it is different kind of activity from being alive.

From the religious side of things, you will be judged before you're sent to hell or heaven, depending on the amount of good deeds and bad deeds you do on earth. If you sin too much, you go straight to hell. There is a time limit for your stay in hell for the torture you will receive, but if I remember correctly, if you commit suicide, you are not allowed out of hell. If you do good, you go to heaven and live a comfortable and abundant life.

As for atheists, they believe there is nothing after death but darkness, but some of my atheist friends said we are energy, so after we die we go back to the universe or something, but that sounds like science. Well, whatever you believe it would be an interesting talk to it.

The second question is: am I comfortable talking about death? Yes, absolutely. we all need to be ready when the time comes. Of course, we cannot know the time of our deaths, but it is very important to get ready Recently, someone was talking about the cost of a grave in Malaysia. I think it is absolutely crazy how much money a grave costs. It costs around Rm1000 to Rm9000 depending on the area and it might be more now.

you can check the grave prices here Funeral prices

Third question is do I fear death? the answer is no. I have no debts I never owe people money people owe me. I am absolutely clean when it comes to money so my family will never be worried if I died they actually will be lucky and unlucky at the same time. Lucky means I have small savings that they can use to cover whatever needs to cover for my death and something extra for them. The bad part is the savings is not that much; no one could enjoy it to be honest so it is better for me to be alive longer so they can receive money longer Well, I am the youngest in the family so i predict I am going to die last, it is a good thing.

I say it is a good thing because who live the longest will suffer the most pain and loss so I had a long conversation with my mother about this I said that I will be the last I do not have kids and I will die alone it is simple as that.

last question is: is it taboo to talk about death? It should not be we should be free to talk about it and remind ourselves that we are just humans with so many weaknesses. We need to humble ourselves by reminding us we are here for a brief moment none of us are gods none of us are above the other just bones, flesh and blood everyone is the same in the end we all end up in the ground.

Well I have a lot more to say but I think I talk too much haha see you again next week hopefully take care and keep safe.

From my perspective death is an essential aspect of physical life, allowing consciousness to move into form, through it, out of form, and back again. Who and what we truly are cannot die or be destroyed, as it is the ground of being, everything else being artifice, created by consciousness to learn particular and very important lessons. Everything in nature teaches us of the constant renewal of which death is an integral part. Nothing is, or can be, lost. There's a lot more to it than that, of course, but that works for now. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

That's weird I was never notified of this reply of yours 😕.

I do agree with you there is nothing lost there is more to it after death. But of course we do not know what comes after because no one came back from the dead and told us stories about it hehe.

All good. I run into that from time to time, too! Some comments just disappear into a black hole!

Well, actually you can learn to consciously leave our bodies (we do it every night in sleep), and explore not only the corners of time, space, and probable worlds, but also put our attention on other domains of being as well. So we can find out for ourselves. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I think it is absolutely crazy how much money a grave costs

I know right!!! I thought the same. When my parents told us how much a place in the cemetery cost them, it was a shock, and in some places you have to pay annually to maintain the place.

who live the longest will suffer the most pain and loss

Ufff yep that the downside of being the last from the family. But I think we'll get used to it, at least I hope so.

Oh yea I forgot you're right there is annual fee to maintain the place as well it's crazy how much money you can make just by being in business with death itself. I totally forgot to check the cost on that.

I think so too I have one brother who passed away few years ago I don't know how to arrange my words but I guess it's easier? Now I think? Because first year after he died of cancer I kept trying to call him because we always share something new or we would talk for hours about deep conversations.

Whenever I start calling I kept forgetting he's not here anymore then I had to keep it to myself till today because there is no one to talk to anymore. Well there is more but let's leave it as that for now 😉

I really hope so, because that's the only thing that I don't like about losing someone.

I had to keep it to myself till today because there is no one to talk to anymore

Totally get it, what I do now is to keep like a journal, specially if I have something on my mind that is bothering me. Even though no one will read it, at least the thoughts are not in my mind anymore and it feels like I have more space.

I see I just write it on Hive these days and my notebook on my phone I guess it's the same thing haha 😂

Losing someone is unavoidable event sadly we must be stronger with each lost because people around us need that pillar of strength (us) to let them cry on our shoulders that's what I believe at least 😊
