A DEADLY LOVE STORY: A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS

The charming seagull prince hovered patiently over the calm blue in search of his breakfast as it is in his daily routine but this very morning was different and the seagull prince would have never imagined skipping breakfast for anything for the first time in a birdy decade.
The gentle breeze of the sea surface barely braced the prince’s feather when his attention caught what he thought was a perfect breakfast. Taking one anxious flight towards his supposed meal, the prince set out his claws with eyes fixed as his flew close but made the swiftest pause of his life when he locked eyes with what would have been a crime if he had her for a breakfast, the most beautiful silver scaled fish, young and innocent with dazzling crystal-clear eyes.
In just a second the prince saw his entire world in her eyes then he realized truly that this is love at first sight. Our dear charming seagull prince kept hovering in circles and his newly found love swam in circles too at the sea surface; she has also been locked in the prison of his charm.

The beginning of a deadly love story, I whispered to myself. Here they are in this moment of bliss and love at first sight and I could only worry for when they would realize that they are habitations apart; the bird cannot live in the water neither can the fish live on the land. Maybe a distant relationship would work for them or what do you suggest?

A very beautiful love story with a tinge of humour. Yes I agree with you, they are Worlds apart and a relationship? Totally out of the question.

In a true fantasy, perhaps the bird recognizes the fish when he looked into her eyes he saw his former self before he was transformed into a bird by some evil and envious mermaid who was bent on separating the lovers. But who will break the spell so that he can return to the sea and swim away into the depths with his love?
