La primera vez que escuché sobre la meditación , imaginaba siembre a un Buda, pensaba que solo la meditación la podían realizar personas con un alto nivel de espiritualidad.
When I first heard about meditation, I always imagined a Buddha, I thought that only people with a high level of spirituality could do meditation.
Con el pasar del tiempo, entendí que nada de lo que yo pensaba era cierto. que la meditación es un entrenamiento mental , con el que se cultivan ciertas cualidades humanas muy esenciales
***As time went by, I understood that nothing of what I thought was true, that meditation is a mental training, with which certain qualities are cultivated.certain very essential qualities. ***
Cuando decidí practicarla,estuve motivada ni mas ni menos que por el interés de darle un sentido distinto y profundo a mi vida.
La mejor experiencia que he tenido con la meditación y la que mejor me ha funcionado , es ser consciente de las manifestaciones sensoriales a través de los 5 sentidos , en mejores palabras :es crear una intimidad conmigo misma.
When I decided to practice it, I was motivated by nothing more nor less than the interest of giving a different and deep sense to my life.
The best experience I have had with meditation and the one that has worked best for me, is to be aware of the sensory manifestations through the 5 senses, in other words, to create an intimacy with myself.
Aprendí a reconocer la forma en que se acumulaban mis tensiones musculares y a tomar consciencia de ciertas molestias que permanecían ocultas a mi sensibilidad.Como también a reconocer algunas sensaciones que me generaban dolor y categorizarlas por orden de importancia.
***I learned to recognize the way in which my muscular tensions accumulated and to become aware of certain discomforts that remained hidden to my sensitivity, as well as to recognize some sensations that generated pain and to categorize them in order of importance. ***
Al principio cuando me disponía a meditar sentía dolor , incomodidad , muchas veces ese dolor se debía a la postura que adoptaba para la meditación y este a su vez desaparecía cuando cambiaba de posición. Recuerdo haber experimentado dolor que no era por la posición en la que me encontraba, y para mi fue una señal de alerta , lo que hice fue observar ese dolor y lo interprete como una resistencia acompañada de cierto temor, Lo observe y me tranquilicé paulatinamente para poder controlarlo.
At the beginning when I was ready to meditate I felt pain, discomfort, many times that pain was due to the posture I adopted for meditation and this in turn disappeared when I changed position. I remember experiencing pain that was not due to the position in which I was, and for me it was a warning sign, what I did was to observe that pain and interpret it as a resistance accompanied by a certain fear, I observed it and gradually calmed down to control it.
Para cerrar la meditación es la mejor técnica para usarla cuando existe un conflicto en cualquier ámbito de nuestras vidas ya que nos permite estar mas conscientes.
***To close meditation is the best technique to use when there is a conflict in any area of our lives as it allows us to be more aware. ***
Yeah. Meditation. Thy stillness does help us gain ground with things we can’t understand just yet
Thanks for joining. I also thought back then that meditation was about Buddha, hehe.
But we can simply do it anywhere peaceful. This actually needs patience and practice to get the best result.

A veces el corre corre del día no nos permite meditar, nuestra mente no se detiene, siempre hay algún problema dándonos vueltas en la cabeza. Excelente aporte y buena recomendaciones que se vuelven un testimonio de experiencia. Un abrazo @carjuvival
Sometimes the hustle and bustle of the day doesn't allow us to meditate, our mind doesn't stop, there is always some problem running through our heads. Excellent contribution and good recommendations that become a testimony of experience. A hug
