¿Crees en la felicidad para toda la vida?

¿Que si creo en la felicidad para toda la vida? Definitivamente sí, considerado que la felicidad es una decisión, siempre he dicho que nuestra felicidad o mi felicidad depende de mi yo decido y elijo ser feliz.

Muchos hemos caído en el error de creer que para ser felices debemos ser ricos y tener posesiones para ser feliz plenamente y no es así, las cosas materiales no nos hacen felices. La felicidad viene de adentro, de expresar y disfrutar de las cosas bonitas y malas que se nos presentan; saber enfrentar las diferentes situaciones y no permitir que eso nos robe la felicidad.

En muchas ocasiones pasamos por momentos difíciles y empezamos a quejarnos de la vida y echarle la culpa al vecino, al esposo o esposa, a la situación económica que presenta el país, por la escases de alimentos; porque no hay una estabilidad económica y un sin fin de excusas baratas que nos lleva a pensar y decir que la felicidad no existe.

Hasta llegamos a decir que seríamos felices si tuviéramos dinero suficiente en una cuenta bancaria y una buena casa. Pero eso tampoco nos hace feliz ya que la felicidad es decisión nuestra porque incluso teniendo posesiones y bienes quien nos garantiza que vamos hacer felices porque la felicidad se lleva dentro y se hace sentir con lo que tienes y por lo que eres reimos, lloramos cantamos, bailamos, abrazamos y disfrutamos de momentos especiales esos que nos hace felices.

Vemos el ejemplo de muchos niños que aunque no visten con ropas de marca ni zapatos de marca y como podemos ver son felices con lo poco que tienen. Saben disfrutar y gozar de la vida como reír y brincar en charcos de agua bajo la lluvia, es ahí cuando nos damos cuenta que la felicidad no se trata de bienes, ni vestir bien e incluso ni fingir o aparentar una felicidad falsa. La felicidad no se puede fingir porque es tan bonita que se nota en todo momento cuando hablamos o reímos nuestro rostros hace reflejar esas felicidad que llevamos dentro.

No importa qué tan difícil sea la vida cuando decidimos ser felices lo somos y punto y si queremos que dure para siempre así va a ser. Ahora si decidimos no ser felices y vivir una vida llena de amargura y echándole la culpa a los demás por nuestra infelicidad, así vamos a vivir toda una vida y no le vamos a dar paso a la verdera felicidad.

Esa que nos llena y nos hace sentir que la vida hay que disfrutarla como venga y que esos momentos de tristeza sepamos enfrentarlos sin que nos pueda robar la felicidad y sí, claro que puede durar para toda una vida, porque incluso estando en cama o en el lecho de muerte solo deseamos olvidar esos malos ratos y recordar solo aquello que nos hizo reír y llorar de felicidad.

Do I believe in happiness for life? Definitely yes, I consider that happiness is a decision, I have always said that our happiness or my happiness depends on my I decide and I choose to be happy.

Many of us have fallen into the error of believing that to be happy we must be rich and have possessions to be fully happy and it is not so, material things do not make us happy. Happiness comes from within, from expressing and enjoying the beautiful and bad things that come our way; knowing how to face different situations and not allowing that to steal our happiness.

In many occasions we go through difficult moments and we start to complain about life and blame the neighbor, the husband or wife, the economic situation of the country, the food shortage; because there is no economic stability and an endless number of cheap excuses that lead us to think and say that happiness does not exist.

We even go so far as to say that we would be happy if we had enough money in a bank account and a nice house. But that does not make us happy either since happiness is our decision because even having possessions and goods who guarantees us that we will make happy because happiness is carried inside and is felt with what you have and what you are we laugh, cry sing, dance, hug and enjoy special moments those that make us happy.

We see the example of many children that although they do not wear brand name clothes or brand name shoes and as we can see they are happy with the little they have. They know how to enjoy and enjoy life like laughing and jumping in puddles of water in the rain, that's when we realize that happiness is not about goods, nor dressing well or even pretending or pretending a false happiness. Happiness cannot be faked because it is so beautiful that it is noticeable at all times when we talk or laugh our faces reflect the happiness we carry inside.

No matter how difficult life is when we decide to be happy we are happy and that's it and if we want it to last forever it will. Now if we decide not to be happy and live a life full of bitterness and blaming others for our unhappiness, we will live a lifetime and we will not give way to true happiness.

That which fills us and makes us feel that life must be enjoyed as it comes and that those moments of sadness we know how to face them without being able to steal our happiness and yes, of course it can last a lifetime, because even being in bed or on the deathbed we just want to forget those bad moments and remember only what made us laugh and cry with happiness.
