1. Are you a book or a movie person? Share why you prefer whichever option you choose. If it's neither, what kind of person are you for entertainment?

In answering this question, it is appropriate to mention that 23 April is Book Day, and I like both books and films.

Reading has been my great weakness since I was a child, it enriched my knowledge, and allowed me to develop professionally, as a mother, with my family, friends, to connect with many people, it was, is and will be a means that allows me to grow.

I must confess that I do not consider myself an inveterate reader, as I am not like people who can read a whole book in a day.

However, for me one of the best and most economical hobbies is reading, for example, our grandparents did not have the same possibilities to read as we have now, there were not so many books and they were expensive, today it is something that is within our reach, like downloading books on the Internet, reading enriches our vocabulary and even helps us to improve the way we behave in different situations of daily life.

I believe that reading enhances our awareness, and helps us to be more fluent when talking about a specific topic, as there is something for all tastes and needs. I particularly focus on self-help and personal growth books, because I feel I still have a lot to learn.

Reading gives knowledge and knowledge gives us freedom because it is contrary to ignorance, it teaches us what we are worth as people, reading can only enhance my knowledge and put me at the height of anyone, coupled with the fact that beauty as people should be on the outside and inside.

I also like movies based on real events, romance, drama and survival, I think that an advantage of this kind of movies is that I can see real people in the stories, especially if they are inspiring stories.

When I go to the cinema or from home with my family, I can share and comment on reflections linked to films or series related to wellbeing, or to self-love, the value of existing, what lessons I have learned and even how I have applied them in my daily life, or how it has influenced my perception of life.

2. Share anything about your mobile devices: how you got them, a key occasion when they served you well, your plans to replace them soon, when you had to get them repaired or your favourite phone brand. Anecdotes are also welcome

Looking back, I bought my first mobile phone through the savings bank at work, I remember that the staff at the commission paid for it and then deducted it from my paycheck, I was very happy because I could communicate more easily from the street and not just expect to be at home or in the office.

Over time in my job, due to the responsibility of being a coordinator, I was assigned a corporate phone, at that time I also had my personal phone and the office phone. I changed both phones every one to two years approximately, due to the improvements in hardware and the evolution of software.

I particularly like phones with good storage capacity, camera resolution for photos and videos, because of my desire to treasure beautiful moments with family and friends, as well as battery life.

The most important thing about a mobile phone is that I can communicate over short or long distances, as well as the interaction with networks that allows me to keep up to date with what's going on in the world.

For example, I bought the phone I use last year, and I try to keep it up to date because, unlike previous phones, it has a larger memory capacity and the technology itself is constantly innovating with new applications. At the moment I like Samsung phones.

1. ¿Eres de libros o de películas? Comparte por qué prefieres la opción que elijas. Si no es ninguna de las dos, ¿qué tipo de persona eres para entretenerte?

Al responder esta pregunta es propicio citar que el 23 de abril se celebra el Día del Libro, además que me gustan ambos, tanto los libros como las películas.

La lectura ha sido mi gran debilidad desde pequeña, enriqueció mucho mis conocimientos, y me permitió mi desarrollo profesional, como madre, con mi familia, amigos, conectarme con mucha gente, fue, es y será un medio que me permite crecer.

Debo confesar que no me considero una lectora empedernida, ya que no soy como las personas que se pueden leer un libro completo en un día.

Sin embargo, para mí uno de los mejores pasatiempos y de paso de los más económicos, es la lectura, por ejemplo, nuestros abuelos no tuvieron las mismas posibilidades de leer que existen ahora, no habían tantos libros y eran costosos, hoy en día es algo que está a nuestro alcance, como descargar libros en Internet, la lectura enriquece nuestro vocabulario y hasta nos ayuda a mejorar la manera de comportarnos en las diferentes situaciones de la vida diaria.

Creo que la lectura potencia nuestra consciencia, y nos ayuda a tener más fluidez cuando hablamos de un tema en específico, ya que hay para todos los gustos y necesidades. En particular me enfoco en libros de autoayuda y crecimiento personal, porque siento que tengo mucho que aprender todavía.

La lectura da conocimiento y el conocimiento nos da libertad porque es contrario a la ignorancia, nos enseña lo que valemos como personas, leer sólo puede engrandecer mis conocimientos y ponerme a la altura de cualquiera, aunado a que la belleza como personas debe ser por fuera y por dentro.

Además también me gustan las películas basadas en hechos reales, románticas, de drama y de supervivencia, creo que una ventaja de este tipo de películas es que puedo ver personas reales en las historias, especialmente si son de esas historias que inspiran.

Cuando voy al cine o desde casa con mi familia, puedo compartir y comentar reflexiones vinculadas a películas o series relacionadas con el bienestar, o con el amor propio, el valor de existir, es lo que me produce las lecciones que haya aprendido e incluso cómo las he aplicado en mi vida cotidiana, o la forma en que ha influido en mi percepción ante la vida.

2. Comparte cualquier cosa sobre tus dispositivos móviles: cómo los conseguiste, una ocasión clave en la que te sirvieron bien, tus planes para cambiarlos pronto, cuándo tuviste que repararlos o tu marca de teléfono favorita. Las anécdotas también son bienvenidas

Echando una mirada hacia atrás, mi primer teléfono móvil lo compré por medio de la caja de ahorro de mi trabajo, recuerdo que el personal adscrito a esa comisión lo pagó y después me lo descontaron en la nómina, estaba muy feliz porque podía comunicarme con más facilidad desde la calle y no sólo esperar estar en la casa o en la oficina.

Con el tiempo en mi trabajo por la responsabilidad de ser Coordinadora me asignaron un teléfono Corporativo, en esa época además atendía mi teléfono personal y el de la oficina. Ambos móviles los cambiaba de uno a dos años aproximadamente, esto debido a las mejoras en hardware y por la evolución del software.

En particular me gustan los teléfonos con buena capacidad de almacenamiento, resolución de cámara para fotos y videos, por mi deseo de atesorar lindos momentos en familia y con amigos, así como la duración de la batería.

Lo más importante del móvil es que puedo comunicarme a corta o larga distancia, además de la interacción con las redes que permite estar al día con lo que pasa el mundo.

Por ejemplo, mi teléfono que utilizo lo compré el año pasado, busco mantenerlo siempre actualizado ya que a diferencia de los anteriores tiene mayor capacidad de memoria y la misma tecnología va innovando con nuevas aplicaciones. Actualmente me gustan los teléfonos marca Samsung.
